The democrats were preoccupied by impeachment alone during the critical times of January and early February. While Nutsy Nancy was passing out impeachment pens, Trump was forming the Coronavirus commission. Trump fought hard to deal with the virus while democrats were fighting him.

If everything is done perfectly we'd have about 100,000 deaths which is very low considering China had 21 million deaths as evident by the canceled cell phone accounts and considering that Seoul's population dropped from 38 million to 9.7 million.

Impeachment was one of a plethora of Constitutional responsibilities, and belated, selective, hyper-partisan finger-pointing will not alter the nation's current plight.

Trump repeatedly tried to convince the American people he had a handle on a situation that, by his own team’s metrics and projections, has now spiraled wildly out of control.

Trump started the Wuhan virus commission that started working right away on this and all the opposition could do was criticize who the President assigned to lead it and coordinate with various agencies of government and criticized the demographic make up of the commission. All this happened during the democrats impeachment orgy.

Trump took actions regarding the Chinese spread pandemic while the democrats were engaged in impeachment tunnel vision and he was a far bigger enemy to them than this disease was.

 

Actually, as the record shows, he lied a lot about the imminent pandemic that epidemiologists were warning him was about to ravage the U.S., repeatedly pulling fake rosy scenarios out of his flabby butt, rather than demonstrating responsible leadership like South Korea whose vastly superior results is an index of Trump's tragic failure.
