It is simply pathetic that CNN didn’t cover the President’s initial comments. There was a lot of important information in what he said. I doubt what ever CNN was broadcasting during that time was as informative.

 

Not from me.... I've skipped all of them.... and somehow managed to stay alive without medical advice from Prez. Mengele....

As far as "Important Information", are you claiming that that "information" was LOST FOREVER b/c CNN didn't air it?

Anybody who wanted to see the whole thing should just switch to Faux News.

Anything that is REALLY "Important" will be widely disseminated.

It is (essentially) totally unnecessary to watch the daily briefings.

Besides, if I want to see Trump Act like a Bully, Talk like an Uninformed IMBECILE, and Insult the Press--I can just watch YouTube Vids of his rallies.

 

Frankly, I've been getting ALL my Covid19 information from 2 trustworthy sources....

1. The Johns Hopkins website for the numbers
2. My governors website for information on prevention and statewide closures...

There's nothing I need to get from the Federal Government and the PINO for this.... or anything really...

Today's briefing was the Perfect Example of why Trump's "input" is utterly immaterial.

 

The liberal MBFC approved lamestream media is totally afflicted by TDS. So much so that they would deny their viewers important information in order to avoid giving him air time. CNN truly is fake news.

 

Shows how out of touch with America liberals really are. People don't want hours of technical jargon, they want the summary from the president. Guess you can't expect much from the China News Network...

 

Are they not allowed to run programming they choose?

Virtually everyone knows by now that CNN = MSM = Fake News.

 

Just think....if Hillary (or ANY Democrat) had been elected.......

The focus would be on health care for immigrants. There would be no crisis in America at all according to the media. Our hospitals (outside of Sanctuary cities) would all be ordered to send their ventilators and medical supplies to any (and every) nation outside our own borders.

And it would all be done in the name of "fairness and Global leadership", and all at US taxpayer expense.

(Of course, the ventilators would be secretly sold for top dollar and funds mysteriously diverted to the deserving entities who supported the appropriate Democrat campaigns.)

 

That's not it. They do it that way so they can freely mischaracterize what he says and the rubes that watch CNN have no reference to reality...

Anyway, back on topic, CNN has every right to not broadcast any of it.

There are several other options for interested viewers, even C-Span.

At this point, the only motivation that CNN would have to show the updates would be to give everybody a Live Shot at Trump's Descent into Insanity.

I might owe @WillReadmore an apology. Maybe his complaints about lack of access to information and updates about the coronavirus were legitimate, if the leftie media is really pulling stunts like this.

If all else fails, or if anyone is concerned they are only getting half of the story from their news media, remember you can access cdc.gov any time.

 

CNN is doing their viewers a favor by ignoring the usual mis/disinformation coming from Trump. He has earned this by babbling about unrelated nonsense and spouting lies for the last few weeks at these things. Best to just wait for the medical experts to give us real information than first listen to Trump. I can choose to read his remarks later when they're in the "here are the POTUS's comments that the experts had to correct" articles later in the day.

Maybe righties want to hear all the medical misinformation, CYA comments, and ramblings about TV ratings that Trump has to offer before these things, but the rest of us want to know what honest experts have to say.
