Fannie and Freddie share of the market went from 75% to 30% under Bush. You are repeating pure propaganda with no evidence. Fannie and Freddie got into the subprime market very late under Republican pressure. Republicans are always trying to destroy Fannie and Freddie.

Dude the Democrats created the bureaucracy 2/3 of it or more habitually vote Democrat The president can change the figureheads of agencies. But how the agencies themselves actually is almost wholly unchanged from admin to admin because it's largely a union shop

You said the top 10% pay 45% of federal income taxes? More like 97%. But everyone is paying about 27%, huge giveaways of the Rich and a screw job for everyone else. The worst inequality and upward mobility is not trivia. Corporate media is not warning people.

The fact remains the state and local taxes have gone up without federal aid. And they hit the non-rich twice as hard. This is how you get the worst inequality and upward mobility ever anywhere. Wake up.

Clinton and Obama cut the number of federal workers while Reagan and the bushes have added many. Everything you know is garbage propaganda. Your disrespect for our public servants is close to treasonous. You have no evidence for your crap it's just innuendo from high school grad bought off pundits

Oh you mean the smart states that saw Obamacare would abandon them in I think it was three years and they would be on the hook for the cost and no idea how those cost would expand? And take my advice your continued attempts to degrade other posters here for lack of anything of merit will get you warnings from the mods and post deleted. Keep in civil else I have no interest. And I'm an independent BTW.

Oh spare me your monday morning quarterbacking, our reaction that of the CDC, NIH and our leading scientist was based on the phony information coming from China and WHO but once the coverup got blown Trump acted and then was attacked

And again engaging in the invective only shows the lack of merit to your argument and see above.

No, because Bush let them get away with it. He had a majority in the Senate and House from January 2003 to January 2007. The price of residential housing peaked in January 2006.
This doesn't even make sense. If "Ole Barn" is Barney Frank, the usual target of rightwing ideologues, he was in the House Minority from January 1997 to January 2007, after home prices started down. He had no ability to impact the situation.
There were a number of smaller regional banks who weren't involved in creating and flogging crap MBS. They "cared to ... look at the soundness of the loans."

Dude everything you believe is garbage. The Gingrich budget trimmed the federal work force. Clinton signed off on it because he had no choice.
Reagan instituted a hiring freeze, he fired no one but only didn't hire replacements the one exception to this was air traffic controllers who launched an illegal strike and lost their jobs temporarily. I know this not because anyone told me but because I lived through it.

Ole Barn was in the Senate after 2000. And Bush never had enough of a majority to over come a filibuster.

I've asked you multiple times to explain the founding of the FedRes, who wrote it, and what if any roll the Robber Barons played.

All I've gotten from you are pontificating remarks and blather.

So prove it Mr. Economics/History teacher... let's hear something from you on the subject besides another link to your go-to Bernanke speech.

Simple questions. Who wrote it? Were they connected to the Robber Barons?

Totally misinformed. You will not be voting for the Democrats so whatever.
The federal government will eventually pay only 90 percent of the costs of expanding Medicaid. ... During the first couple years of Medicaid expansion, the federal government paid 100 percent of the costs. That funding started winding down in 2016 and will drop to 90 percent in 2020.

So did I. Reagan wrecked the middle class and made blaming the poor acceptable and had over 200 of his people arrested. A swamp. Plus he started the GOP propaganda machine. Poor America

I have several times the robber barons were in the late 1800s. The trust were broken up before the Fed. It's called progress you're welcome. Any conspiracy theory you know is bologna. There is only one conspiracy that of greedy idiot rich. Now in the GOP.
