If they pay taxes that only means that they are violating ANOTHER law (the tax code). It doesn’t change that they’re illegals. Just means they bought a black market social security card or TIN and have been “paying taxes” under someone else’s name/number.

Depends. Anyone that has a valid SSN will get a stimulus check. Only exception to this is if there is a mixed status household. In other words if two adults with two children are in the US where at least one of the children has an SSN while the adults use ITIN then there will be no stimulus check. If at least one of the adults has an SSN and served in the military in 2019 then they will. And despite many peoples misconceptions people that are not citizens do get SSN's. If however you or someone in your household is not here legally then the chances are iffy AT BEST if you will get one. If you are here illegally...then no, you definitely won't get one. Take away their ability to get legitimate jobs with phony, under age or stolen social security numbers. The SSA and IRS are all too well aware of multiple people using a single social security number. One lady from California had 81 people in 17 states using hers and this isn't a unique story. With modern computer databases, it wouldn't be hard to pluck out all the duplicate or non issued users excepting the original issuee. Then send notices to their employers the duplicate users payments are coming from that there appears to be an error and they must verify the social security number within 30 days or face massive fines and jail time. Enforcement had a ripple effect back in 2006 when IFCO (wooden palette maker) got caught in a Government sting. A local area electronics maker fired 88 employees that couldn't produce a valid SSN and they weren't under scrutiny by ICE. The jobs were quickly filled with citizens. E-Verify must become manditory, no exceptions and used to verify citizenship for jobs and any government benefits. Take away their ability to get legitimate jobs and or government benefits with forged paperwork and they will go home on their own. This is a simple cost effective way to open up several million existing jobs to citizens out of work. It will also save Billions in Government benefits going to those who circumvented the legal immigration process.

Shouldn't the home countries give aid to their citizens no matter where they live? Why can't Mexico kick back to the illegals in this country some of the money the illegals previously sent to Mexico?

The priority is citizens and people here legally. Illegals get to enjoy the benefits of simply living in the United States. If they want stimulus money, leave and come back the proper way.
The legal immigrants will get a check & send their checks to family from their home country. Call it a South America stimulus. If the illegals got a check, it would be more of the same. Plus the more benefits illegals receive, will trigger more and more illegals into our country. You can’t reward bad behavior !

This is honestly a good position for Trump. It won him a ton of support, and I think independents support that people should follow laws regarding border control. Democrats may feel how they feel, but I think this topic benefits Trump, and he loves to jump on it when possible.
Correct. Illegals are not immigrants. They are illegal aliens. Citizens first and nothing for them. I'm not sure where actual, real, legal immigrants stand (that is, those who have not yet become citizens) as I have not read the fine print. But as I understand it, if they filed a tax return they get money. That's okay with me.
