    As an initial matter, I want to be clear by noting that the list of "pre-existing conditions" from this study is looooong. So there is a good chance that you and certainly many of your loved ones have one of these conditions and remember that this study also means that 27% of Americans hospitalized did NOT have a pre-existing condition (or at least none that were listed on the chart).

    Here is an easier to read chart provided by the OP link (I will also include the two tables from the CDC from which this chart is built because it delves into some of the specific conditions).
