Why must it always be the PeeWee Herman response?
    Trump's not fragile you are.
    Trump wasn't slow they were.
    Trump doesn't lie you do.

It is so annoying. Here let me get it out of the way. We're not annoying you are.

In the past 2 weeks, other than several long walks with my family, I've only been off of my property 6 times.

4 = Grocery Store, including 1 trip to the most crowded we hit, Costco
1 = Home Depot, mostly for new paint to get some home projects done... probably the most risky trip we made.
1 = 27 holes of golf (Monday, the same day our state stay at home order was issued - while I was playing) - I don't believe I was within 6 feet of anybody the entire day, except to handover payment (exact cash) to the clubhouse, and that includes 9 with another single... Had my portable Purell with me. No rakes in bunkers, no ball washes, no need to touch or remove flagsticks...

We haven't even used curbside pickup at the numerous restaurants in my suburban area during those 2 weeks, mostly since my wife is a very self-sufficient and excellent cook. I feel a little bad about that, although we did get pizza and Chinese takeout once each before this last 2 weeks. Might get something out this weekend.

Also, I'm fine with the name COVID-19 OR CoronaVirus. I don't call it the Wuhan/China virus like the racists, but neither will I call it the Trump virus... he didn't create it, just screwed up the early response to it, which was likely the most key time as it turns out.

    Be smart America!

Your individual state governor is in charge.... I'm normally a believer in a Presidential system and Federal response for issues like this pandemic, but we currently don't have an Administration we can trust, so I've been fully following advice and regulations from my governor.

If the POTUS said everybody in America could go "back to normal" on Monday (always possible with this clown) and my governor said continue "lockdown" rules, no question who I'm listening to...

CNN has seen the President’s approval climb during his handling of the Chinese Virus. They have taken a deadly path of hiding the information he is providing and instead misinforming their viewers in hopes it will help Biden in the fall.

Your opinions stated as facts constantly speak more to your ego vs Trump's.

No one trusts anyone else more that Trump.
Trump is by far the most credible leader in Washington right now.

When thrnews starts they should cut away its obvious he is putting breifings on this late now to block the news. We're all home he could have then earlier. He starts
every one by mumbling about hand washing for five minutes anyway

First statement demonstrably false. I personally proved it so in Post #81.

The 2nd is just your opinion (but it also happens to be false)... he's just the most visible (if anybody is still watching him??)

Your denials are not very credible. ;-)

OTOH, Trump is by far the most credible leader in Washington.
That's just the objective truth, and I bet you know it. :)

No, that's an opinion that I fully disagree with....

I would certainly put Pence ahead of Trump, while neither ranks in the top 10....

Trump is the most VISIBLE "leader".... that I will grant you.

Ok, fair enough but as another poster said the President had some very useful information that CNN didn't cover. What, pray tell, could that have been.

I look at it this way. Who watches CNN anymore? I doubt pretty much everything they report, their reporters have been exposed "creating" the news when it suits them, use images of pain and suffering from unrelated events to hype their story lines, so, who cares? I would suggest that CNN probably made a business decision that required them to deliver on their advertising schedule at the cost of allowing their viewers the option of listening to the president. That seems a pretty callous choice. Money over public safety....

You just grip those teeth into that one poll and shake it like a chew toy...

See if you can spot the outlier here? Also, see if you can spot the general trend of the polling?

Democrats enjoy a good crisis don't ya know... The super sad part about this is the callous disregard for the lives of their citizens to make sure that no one could call them out as racists for trying to stop chinese new year festivities or Mardi Gras. We have DeBlasio et all doing the same in New York, etc. These are the folks who now so piously insist that if only we'd listened to them.. then what? More folks infected? More deaths? These folks have no conscience..

Oh yea I see a trend. Even in this poll his approval higher than they were even when he shocked the left and won the Presidency. I think what it says is that the Republicans and Dems are locked in no matter what and the independents sway the polls one way or another. There is zero doubt that the polls have always always underreported Trumps true support for one reason or another.

Another way you can always tell that internal polling is in Trump's favor is by looking how the shift to blame Trump by the party instead of doing what America has always done during a crisis, which is come together and forget politics for a while. This year being an election year has changed this crisis in the sense that Dems can't allow the polling in Trumps favor in November so have to start the attacks earlier than normal. Just look at this board, it went from a pretty informative discussing a lot of fast changing information about this virus to people coming out of nowhere making wild claims about Trump. Most of it just like the Russian Hoax, taking something out of context and molding it into an outlandish claim that the ignorant would believe. Now we're back to attacking Trump personally, his looks, his manurisms, length of press conferences, giving us info on positive treatments, and on and on. The DNC unleashed it's lap dogs and this board is proof.

Shouldn't CNN viewers themselves decide on the veracity of Trumps statements or are you saying they are stupid and need CNN to do their thinking for them?
