Agree Cuomo is a pipe dream. But I think would fare much better than Biden. Biden is not going to debate all that well against Trump.
Biden is not a good debater. Especially, as we seen lately, having issues with knowing where he is at. The Democrat party needs new blood, not old blood to win.

Pity, for the Democrats, that Biden can't tap Cuomo for VP especially as Biden is unlikely to complete his first term in the event he is elected.

I guess mollifying the identity politics of the left by promising a female VP seemed like a good idea at the time.

Biden has already committed himself to selecting a woman VP. If he backs out of that it would ruin him for sure.

The only thing the hero-of-the-week worship of Cuomo is accomplishing is revealing how little faith the left has in Joe Biden as a viable candidate.

Give up the Cuomo pipe dreams. Joe is your guy. He's all you've got, and maybe you could at least put in a bit of effort to try and at least pretend like he's your guy.

The only people pushing the "Cuomo Thing" are Pro-Trump Social Media Types who are terrified of facing Biden.

I think he appeals to the same part of the party who were comfortable with Biden: people who want an older, familiar name with the preferred biography. In Iowa they might have been about tied for fifth. Maybe Cuonom could have hit third in New Hampshire. If they were both active in Nevada one might have pulled away for third place with the other in the dumper. In South Carolina Cuomo would have taken enough votes from Biden to make Bernie the winner. On super Tuesday Bernie might have won almost everywhere with Cuomo dragging Biden to low numbers except the deep south.
Right now people want someone acting Presidential. The President isn't and Biden sure isn't. Even Bernie is handling things better than Biden.
There are still fewer than a dozen states that might go differently this time, and some of them won't take his whining well.

    Ah, gotcha'.

I was thinking you were going to make the case that, legally, he couldn't do it.

    Cheers...

I was killing time looking at you tube and other sites and there is not shortage of a long long list of complete moronic blunders made time and time again by the great and powerful Cuomo. He is an incompetent fool, kept in power by the political mafia in NY. Go ahead and run him and watch the truth come out for all to see and then he can win one state NY and that's it.

Well,..... in 2015 the state commission he put together to access how prepared NYS was for a pandemic told him that the state seriously lacked bed, 'n ventilators,....

His response was to have another commission decide how to triage the sick, to decide who lived, 'n who died,.....
He then pissed away the money that coulda bought those ventilators, 'n beds on failed green new deal projects, which have yielded nothing for the citizens of NYS,....
His cronies got rich, while the state suffers,.....

NYS could be in a massive economic boom, but king andy banned fracking,..... Screw the workers to pacify his leftist base,....

Could a ‘Draft Cuomo’ Movement Be in the Democrats’ Future?
We've already gone thru the primaries, & decided on Biden. He wasn't my first, or near first choice, but I respect the system & will vote enthusiastically for him against Trump. Any "draft Cuomo" movement would simply disrupt the progress our party has made to date. I vote against it. Let's focus our efforts on defeating Trump in November, & regaining control of the Senate.

Has the party made progress? Choosing a 78-year-old man, 4 years into retirement after 8 years as Vice President (semi-retirement), with a 2008 platform the party rejected solidly in favor of radical ideas from an underqualified young man, looks like regression to me.

You made thread after thread Guaranteeing everyone on this forum that Hillary would win. Now Biden, with the Sexual Assaults and grabbing women inappropriately... day by day more is coming out. CNN tried to not report it for 18 days. The flood gates opened.

This is going to be ANOTHER rough 4 years for you.

Sometimes the alt left gets so clouded, they don't see the bigger picture.

This is exactly what happened in 2016. Hilarious to watch

That was Then, This is NOW.

Comparing the Dems in 2016 to the Dems in 2020, is like comparing the Era of the 1945 -1999 Red Sox to the Era of the 2000-2019 Red Sox.

That was Then, this is NOW.

That said, by all means feel free to live in the past if It fits your narrative.:salute:

My narrative? You're the one who said Hillary would 100% win. You made thread after thread of your False narrative. You laughed at the mere thought she would lose.

NOW you are doing the same thing.

    You need a reality check.

Check with me on Nov. 4th, and we can compare notes.

Hopefully we will have some actual NFL Games to talk about by then.

But, if not, at least we can meet here on Nov. 4th and talk about the results.

We always check in on you. After the 2016 election when you declared Hillary would destroy Trump. Then when the "Blue Wave" was going to shift the Senate and House to Dems in 2018.

Now it's 2020 and we have MORE guarantees from you. Are you having trouble spotting your pattern?

Oprah. I'd vote for her. She's just what we need for the next wave and she's smart enough to hire even smarter people around her. Her press briefings would revolve around the truth with hope included. She doesn't need to worry about her brand.
