Today's test for the we-hate-Donald-Trump-all-the-time group:

$1,200 in stimulus cash: Donald Trump is my President
$0 in stimulus cash: Donald Trump is not my President.

The pitiful truth is that the democratic party of today had become a sort of mutant that has lost it's connection with the respectability the party once had. It has lost it's cohesion, meaning unification of those who have thought of themselves as democratic, and had some reasonably common values with other democrats. It's like the real party has disappeared, and been replaced with spoiled children who have grown up, but still think as spoiled children- without pride, self-respect or responsibility. It has of course lost many of it's old supporters and replaced them with radicals attracted by the lack of value structure, and the liberal, socialist promises of entitlement. This is not leadership, it's more like mob mentality following lynch leaders. It's hard to explain, and most of the conservative people can't bend their minds around to even understanding how this is possible. However, it is so, and we have no choice but to accept that the democratic party of today is pretty well defined by the quality of the people they elect and back as leaders. Electing the "squad" for example, is like throwing toads into the punch bowl at a wedding and pretending there is nothing wrong with that. Being willing to pretend that either Biden or Sanders could have brought anything but chaos and incompetence to office is an incredible self-delusion, a complete break with the love and concern every American should have for his country and it's future.

I'm not for the destruction of the democratic party or democratic ideals- I'm in favor of it finding itself and returning to being as viable, honorable political entity. I don't know it that is even possible, because the party must do this for itself, from the inside- and that is where the toxicity is at it's highest. Sad.

Excellent insight. Where have the 'moderate' Democrats gone to? Surely they still exist, but have totally lost their voice. Bullied into silence by their own party.

You do { must } realize the kicker here. It's NOT a Stimulus Bill Cash.
It's a Relief Bill.It has to be paid back.Accounted for.

Simply Putz ... Todays Democrat is Not a JFK Democrat.
J.F.K. was concerned and connected to the Middle class Blue collar
worker.Obama purposedly dismissed that faction in 2012.
He Concentrated on the Young { College kids } and Blacks
as in - Suppression of the Vote - and Females.
Obama said he was not interested in the Middle Class Blue collar
    vote in the Rust belt.Nor The Senior citizen { a reliable voter block }
Obama is also the one most responsible for the rabid attitude
towards Trump.Obama did was he said.He was going to transform
this country. It meant by Taking over the Media and constant propagation
of Hatred towards the right.Obama was instrumental in creating a
nefarious DEEP STATE.Whenerver you hear anti-Trump hatred
think of Obama. He is the one, most responsible.

The Relief bill was done to keep the Economy from going
under.A Stimulus bill is to stimulate an economy. To boost it.
Many small business are under or have already went under.
That Relief money was needed to keep them from going into
poverty. This new Phase 4 bill { passed hrs. ago } will be used
as a loan guarantee. So that those who went under can attempt to
    get back on their feet.

Individuals don't have to pay back the $1200 and it's not taxable income.

I'm not a fan of across-the-board payouts. But of course, I'll take it. :)

I understand that. But the use of the wording Stimulus bill is
incorrect. That was Politician talk. How can that be considered a
Stimulus package when the United States is in lockdown.
It may have been called a Stimulus Bill in an effort to
get passed quickly.Like the way Obama's very first major act
as President was in his Stimulus bill.He used the word " urgent "
    many times.It went from $ 787 Billion to $ 862 Billion.
It was drafted just a few weeks after his Inauguration in 2009.
By The end of the fiscal calendar in October barely 10% of
Obama's Recovery Act ,a stimulus bill was utilized.

I guess it's being called Phase 3.5 and needs the House to
vote on since the Senate already passed.Normally a Bill gets
drafted and passed in the House first and then sent to the senate.
But since our House is comprised of a Majority bias partisan hacks,
don't expect much in the way of normal procedure from them clowns.
I mean the head clown is advertising more a concern for her well
stocked Freezer and $ 14 a pint different flavors of chocolate ice cream.
Not a peep out of the Clowns in the Media,as well.
    What does that tell ya.
This Country's in serious trouble is what.
This is how a Country gets taken down.First it was the definition
of Marriage and then same-sex bathrooms.
    What's next.Using currency to wipe our fanny's.

Would you like to provide a reliable source--ANY reliable source--that would confirm that? Part of the stimulus was for low interest loans to businesses that yes will need to be paid back. We will not be taxed on nor required to pay back the $1200 to individuals. And when businesses use those loans to pay employees instead of laying them off, those loans convert to grants that they don't have to pay back.

Currently the left has ramped up Russia, Russia Russia again based on some leftwing narrative re what some Republican said and parroted mindlessly by leftwing media and Twitter numbnuts. And they're claiming Trump is incompetent re corona deaths, testing, etc. no matter how honest reporting debunks that.

All their propaganda is just as stupid as this:

Common sense description of Donald Trump:

Shared from a friend. Make no mistake...I'm not posting this for debate. I don’t seek or need commentary. Unfollow or unfriend me if it makes you feel better. Just consider this...when you think the President is a jerk; he is. He’s a New Yorker. He’s crude and can be rude. He gets his feelings hurt and he’s a hot head. He hits back; harder. And he should Tweet less. Let me tell you what else he is. He is a guy that demands performance. He is a guy that asks lots of questions. The questions he asks aren’t cloaked in fancy “political” phrases; they are “why the hell...” questions. For decades the health industry has thrown away billions of face masks after one use. Trump asks, “why the hell are we throwing them away? Why not sterilize them and use them numerous times?” He’s the guy that gets hospital ships readied in one week when it would have taken a bureaucrat weeks or months to get it done. He’s the guy that gets temporary hospitals built in three days. He’s the guy that gets auto industries to restructure to build ventilators in a business that’s highly regulated by agencies that move like sloths. He’s the guy that asks “why aren’t we using drugs that might work on people that are dying; what the hell do we have to lose?” He’s the guy that restricted travel from China when the Democrats and liberal media were screaming “xenophobia” and “racist.” Now they’re wanting to know why didn't he react sooner? He’s the guy that campaigned on securing the border - protecting America - in the face of screaming Democrats and the liberal media. When he shut down borders in the midst of the coronavirus virus, they screamed louder. Then the rest of the world followed suit, including the European Union with travel between their member countries. Has he made mistakes? Yes. Everyone I know has and does. The “experts” wouldn’t and haven’t done any better. Trump is working harder than I’ve ever seen a President work. Twenty-four hour days. He isn’t hiding in his office; he’s outdoor front - Briefing - every day. When he offers hope, he’s lying and when he’s straight forward, he should be hopeful. It’s a no win situation, but he’ll not be deterred. I’ll take this kind of leadership six days a week and twice on Sunday over a “polished, nice guy” politician who reads prepared speeches from a teleprompter and answers pre-scripted questions. He is my President. Donald J. Trump #KAG #Trump2020 #notaboutavirus Copy and share if you agree.

Spot on. Trump's flaws are irritating to many that think a leader should be a pandering sweet talker, but these people can't grasp that leadership is a combination of vision, decisions and action- you can't talk problems into solving themselves, and procrastination, which is the traditional approach of our congress, only magnifies the size of a problem and the makes the solution more difficult. Trump is a leader, not a panderer. That is his true qualification, and the article states it well. The job isn't to be popular or make everyone happy, and Trump knows it. Thank god that is not his first priority.
