    Does he think that will go away in the minds of the fools that report for CNN and friends? Of course not. Of course, anything he says will be distorted and abused by those people, so it makes little difference. The crap has been flying out of them for the last 3 years plus; not likely to stop now. Does he think intelligent people have already understood and forgotten it? Yes.

    He's a lot smarter than the ninnies CNN and MSNBC hires. And- Smart enough to know that You Can't Fix Stupid.

    At best you can try to equivocate and say he simply suggested we should look into it and pretend this is drastically different from "advocating." Which still isn't good. Trumpists will never be able to address the truth on this one. Their religion requires it.

    Making jokes about such things shows the height of stupidity and indifference to the people suffering, or people who have lost loved ones. One joke too many and the world could go up in flames.

    Because any fool should know that sarcasm during a press conference in the middle of a pandemic is something a President should engage in. Pandemics are always the subject of comedy, no to be taken too seriously. Ya gotta lighten up when people are suffering and dying all over the planet, it's the right thing to do. It never ceases to amaze me the lengths Trump grovelers go to to find excuses for that deranged mentality.

    It's not equivocating. He literally asked a question about it to the doctors. A question not telling anyone to do anything. You see what you want period because you hate him. It is drastically different than advocating injecting it. Please shoe me where he told anyone to inject anything into themselves.

    It will go away in a couple days when the media and the libs find something else to lie about. Looks like press briefings are not going to happen in the near future. I can't say that I blame him, the press is pretty much worthless in this country now.

    Why wouldn’t he? Because this was supposed to be briefing about a world wide threat. Time and place. A televised address is neither the time nor the place to! And let me list the excuses
    1. Troll “the left” (who are also Americans)
    2. Make jokes that are not clearly intended as a strategy (I.e. pun to lighten the mood or highlight a point)
    3. Be sarcastic - not appropriate in any context
    4. Make suggestions just to upset the left
    At some point the trolling has to stop and an effort to bring everyone on board must be undertaken
