I posted actual facts. Prosecutions. You can pretend they are fake but they happened.

No, you and some others don’t care about illegal votes.

Other people, including myself, who consistently votes for Ann Richards, cares.

You can bury your head in the sand, but it doesn’t change the fact that illegal votes occur and it needs to be stopped.

    It's Cali......who cares?

They only elect crazy leftist shills, they're a known quantity.....irrelevant.

Sleepy Joe will loose mightily in November no matter what happens.

Then we will get another four years of this stupid excrement sandwich to live thru.

    Congratulations.

    Concur.

A LOT of people vote by mail; I have no idea why this is an issue.

Why would you think that’s great? What benefit is it to have people who are not citizens to be allowed to determine our elections?

Probably none, since the GOP already got busted for that in NC, causing a revote.

In California, ballots are mailed to the registered voter's registered address. Your voting district and in-person polling place are determined by your address. The homeless generally don't vote, but if volunteers want to spend their time rounding up homeless people from among the boxes and tents, going to places that the police are afraid to go, more power to them. What percentage of homeless people do you think those volunteers would reach? Certainly not enough to sway an election.

Contrary to what seems to be popular belief, California's primary agency for getting voters registered is not the DMV, it's the Post Office. It requires identification, proof of address, and your signature. Whether you vote by mail or in person, you have to match that signature or you ballot is invalid.

Whats funny about that is what happened in NC is illegal there, yet legal in California. Weird huh? They just need to “legalize it“ and they can go right back to doing it, like California.

6: Give them free money so they know who to vote for.

CA is gift wrapped for the dems anyway. I like the comments about how illegals cannot legally vote. Illegals would never do anything illegal, right?

Here’s the LA times doing an article about the new law which allows vote harvesting(third party allowed to collect and turn in others ballots) passed in California and how the GOP is blaming it for their losses.

    https://www.latimes.com/opinion/editorials/la-ed-ballot-harvesting-20181207-story.html

Here’s some local(there) news talking about it:

    https://abc7.com/voter-fraud-ballot-harvesting-collecting-voting/5219067/

So all NC has to do is make it legal for these third parties to do that and voila, no big deal, right?

I do believe "ballot harvesting" caused the popular
Congressman Dana Rohrabacher to loose his seat.

His District included some of the wealthiest Republican voters
and historically among the most reliable GOP voting district.

Rohrabacher was popular with a diverse population.

He had a history known for "hands across the aisle" accomplishments in Congress without regard for Party Leadership under some circumstances.
So did Senator Al Franken btw

I would  to see an investigation of that election.

State wide vote by mail has "who" aiding those with no address? ;)
    Government officials or Party operatives?

The National Republican Party deserves a lot of blame for abandoning all presence in California.

As if the current cheating in California with Illegals voting, vote harvesting, and the gerrymandering was not enough. The Democrats want that Super Majority for life. We are the land of 1 party.

Dana is a friend of mine and that is exactly what happened. He was ahead until the harvested votes came in.

There's no guarantee of secrecy. Most if not all states require secret ballot.

Sometimes it's interesting to look back and see why we migrated to secret ballot.

"Kentucky was one of the first states to adopt the secret ballot, also known as the "Australian ballot" after where it was first used.

Previously, political parties would print the ballot — or "ticket" — that listed their slate of candidates, and a voter would take the party's ballot they wanted and bring it to the voting booth. The voter would then deposit that pre-printed ballot to cast his or her vote.

This process led to vote buying and voter intimidation. As voters traveled to the polls, they were inundated with "party ticket peddlers" who were attempting to either buy their votes or intimidate them from continuing on to the polling place."
Now the "ticket peddlers" will just come to your home.

    Cheers

Video 1: she said she couldn't even touch the ballot unless it was sealed, and signed. She offered information for those who didn't understand how to fill out or sign. At no time did she offer to do that for someone.

Video 2: I could barely hear what he was saying, certainly couldn't hear her until the end when she move toward his device.

In neither case was the location identified, so how do you know that was California?

You've proven nothing here other than that Democrats somewhere are willing to go to the homes of registered Democrats and offer assistance. That isn't voter fraud, it's public service. Are you sure the GOP doesn't have a similar program?

The difference is that in the California law, the stipulation is that ballots must be sealed and signed before a third party takes posession.

I agree the law is fishy and easily questionable, however, I also agree completely with the first paragraph in the L.A. Times article:

"Rather than take responsibility for their losses, Republicans have seized on a new state law that allows third parties to collect and turn in other people’s mail ballots to explain why they were so badly defeated in California races on Nov. 6."

Until Sept. 2018, I lived in Huntington Beach, so I know the local politics. I did some of the volunteer work that helped to (finally!) get Dana Rohrabacher voted out. The fact that several Orange County districts turned blue is not about fraud, it's about the voters finally having had enough of the GOP horse pucky, and it was about the GOP having foist Trump upon the world. Whining about this law was their way of being Trump ... it's always someone else's fault.

Hundred of thousands. They will learn from ballot harvesting by democrats in Colorado, hold back tens of thousands, wait until the last minute and turn them in so it appears close. Mail in balloting assures more democrats in power. Make ballot harvesting illegal and they will still do it, but it would be a bit harder to cheat.

How bad does California have to get before the libs realize this experiment has been a complete disaster? By the time these happy go lucky imbeciles in the suburbs wake up it will be to late and the new Reign of Terror (French Rev) will be at their doorstep.

Hunnington is a nice little bubble to be in, far away from reality.

History will show that up unto 1975, a time when California was settled and governed by traditional American families it was truly the Golden State.

Since then, the new Democrat party born out of the drug infested civil unrest of the 60s has taken control and destroyed the state.

Look at videos, pictures, charts, figures etc. As liberal values have spread and their policies implemented communities have been destroyed. It ain't getting better, especially now.
