Let's describe the essentials here.

The Registrar mails the ballot to the registered voter's address. If the voter wants the ballot sent to a different address a request along with accompanying documentation must be made in advance.
The US mail delivers the ballot.
The voter votes and the vote is witnessed by someone who can attest to the ID of the voter AND the voter's intent (that is that the voter filled out the ballot themselves).
The ballot is placed in the envelope and returned to the Registrar where it is recorded against that voter's entry.
When counting starts the ballot is counted just as any in person ballot.

Now my fine Republicans for whom vote by mail is a right but that oppose it for the rest of us, just where does the fraud you insist WILL occur, occur?

Not true. So Korea and others started testing and contact tracing while Trump said it would disappear and sat in his asteroid. Consequently, they did not have a the shut down we did. We among the countries with dictators, are the epicenter of the pandemic. You may be used to Trump lying and making sht up, but the world doesn’t trust him. it was Trump that chose to ignore the pandemic panel initiated by previous presidents and given to Trump. This is stuff economies depend upon.....competence. Trump was a disaster waiting to happen. He still is. It will get worse.

Thanks for admitting we don’t need voter IDs. Guess what, we found them out. Our system works. Do you understand that mandatory voter IDs we’re not in place in NC when this happened. Even the criminals that did this under the name of the Republican Party, were turned in and brought to justice by the local election authorities which included members of both parties....it worked !
