with the discovery of all the criminal activity in #ObamaGate, it looks like Obama was without a doubt the most Fascist President we have had in our history.

Your post is ill informed rubbish. "We" fix it, yes. But "we" means the majority, not the chief executive. And not the courts, absent unconstitutionality.

I didn't vote for Trump in 2016, but the left is so deranged, hate-filled, and vulgar, and indifferent to borders and business that I may vote for Trump this time just to avoid allying myself with the likes of Robert De Niro, Seth Myers, Alec Baldwin, the "ladies" of the View, every other Hollywood celebrity, AOC, and everyone at MSNBC and CNN.

I won't try to read Chief Justice Roberts' mind, but I would be surprised if he were to say, "Well, the law is on the government's side, but I fee sorry for kids so I am going to ignore the law."

The book about Obama suffering from delusion of being descendent of King Tut is probably worth reading too

That's essentially what he did say. And isn't he a republican? I guess not all republicans are mean spirited souls.

I don't think any justice of the Supreme Court wants to be the person known for sending 700,000 de facto Americans to some country they have little in common with but for their being born there as a child.

Sometimes, the 'law' doesn't square with the greater question of humanity. Do we follow the law when it's painfully clear it's unjust, in a very extreme way, to a large group?

If you are so concerned about the law, why aren't you raising cain about Trump having to shut down his charity for 'illegal activity' (per NY AG), or Trump being named as 'individual 1' unindicted co-conspirator for a crime his attorney serving time for?

So don't give me this high and mighty 'law' bullshit, noting that not all laws are enforced, anyway, so what in holy hell is all the fuss about enforcing a law that will send 700,000 DE FACTO AMERICANS to some country they haven't seen in 20 something years ( when they were children) ?

I'll tell you why. It is for the simple fact that republicans are a cold unempathetic, mean spirited, uncaring group. Hell, as I am typing this, Trump and crew are praying SCOTUS will kill the ACA, and toss 20,000,000 million Americans off health care. Republicans seem to be in glee about this. What a much of cruel people!

My gut feeling, similar to DACA, I doubt any justice wants to be known for deporting 700,000 de facto Americans, and I suspect no SCOTUS justice wants to be the one known for tossing millions off of health care -- it's a hot potato, and I think they are trying to delay it until after the election ( because if Biden is elected, he will reinstate the mandate which will make the lawsuit at SCOTUS a moot case ).

But, of course, you're hung up on the naked and inflexible law, and justice and humanity be damned.

Trump is dragging American into an abyss, and if you vote for him, you are complicit. For any thinking person, that should be obvious. What, you are going to vote for him because someone on the left miffed your ego?

As for 'left indifferent to business', I beg to differ.

No, because it is the Left dragging us into an abyss.

When you learn the difference between writing and vomiting, I may spend some of my limited time reading your posts.

Yeah, nothing spells 'abyss' like kicking 20,000,000 Americans off health care. and deporting 700,000 de facto Americans but you don't give a damn, right?

I gave you a ton of evidence dems are better for business than repubs.

    You can't refute it.

Now you're confusing health care with health insurance, and you still don't understand what deportability is. (Hint: it's the law, with lot's of built in safety valves for hardships cases.)

You are projecting the actions of the Blue Establishment against Trump - onto Trump.

The dude endured a veritable Which hunt. You want to talk bully tactics - look at what was done to anyone connected to the Trump campaign.

Actions Judges have called out as reprehensible, without merit, and so on. You are having a dream stoked on by partisan blindness - on steroids.

The experiment had failed long before Trump showed up - Trump is a mere symptom of the problem - albeit icing on the cake.

The kind of people who spent years wrestling each other in the mud, are not the people we should use to drain the swamp the mud was piped in from.

What a ridiculous list of absurdity - almost none of which relates to - never mind supports - your claims in the OP.

Trump did not ask the Russian's to hack into the DNC - he said that if they had any information - release it. Your claim is false

Most of the rest is about Sex - What does that have with serious issues/accusations in the OP .. We all know the National Enquirer stuff.

The laundering money for Russian mobsters claim is interesting - one I would like to see proven - but again has nothing to do with violations by Gov't.

How about I add one to your list - something quazi legitimate - The Quid pro Quo appointment of Wilbur Ross to commerce Secretary - now there is some influence peddling by the mobsters that bailed Trump out of his bankruptcies.

I fully support the right of secession, and the notion of red states 'fending for themselves' (I live in a blue state, but am fairly confident that once secession starts, we'll secede from the blue part and join a red neighbor).

Lets get this show on the road.

If we red states secede, we can elect Trump to a new first term and get another full 8 years out of him :D

Same here and add in I am so sick of the left proclaiming Clinton won a fallacious "popular vote" so she should be President. Trump did the right thing with DACA, if had no basis in the Constitution and no legal standing.

You believe the entire economy and government policy hinges ONLY on which party is in the White House? What a simpleton view of how our economy and government works. There's this thing called the Congress through which ALL legislation must first pass. There are three parts here the House, the Senate and the White House, control 2 of those and you have majority control of government policy. Doesn't mean you will get everything but you are in the drivers seat. And even when one party controls all three doesn't necessarily mean the Congress will support carte blanche the Presidents wishes.

I consider that proof that the dems can get at least that many votes thru voter fraud!

From the standpoint of totalitarian govt.. I alwys tho't fascism superior to communism... fascism is where you tell industry what they will do .. and if they fail, you blame those industries. Communism.. state run industries and if they fail.. you blame the government.
The takeover of GM and the car companies was fascism.

Public private economic cooperation is fascism.

With a two-party government, the consequence is that both parties believe in economic fascism.

Depends on who you are talking to. With some people simply being right of communism is fascism.

You can be a Nazi for supporting the president.
