    Well, if you consider promoting political ends as the goal, I suppose it does have a purpose, but last I knew, that wasn't the function of the US Senate

    Evidence, no matter where it comes from is still evidence. Joe Biden will inevitably have to testify to the Senate on this and other matters, or he can do himself a favor and retire as he's not fit whatsoever ethically or mentally to be President(or even an effective senator as he thought he was running for.)

    He won't be President long. I think he's just there as a place holder for the VP to become President. His running mate will be the real appointed leftist President. The stakes are high because the next President will choose Ginsberg's replacement.

    The subpoenas were unlawfully issued.

    They created a hoax, then used the hoax as a basis for the subpoenas. I'm pretty sure that's illegal.
