Don't forget this is the same Biden that made the famous quote about Obama when he said "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that's a storybook, man.". Then he talked about McCain was going to put black people back in chains. I just find it odd that an African American can overlook those DIRECT QUOTES but hey I actually believe that regardless of your race you can vote for whoever you want.

 

Culture, in general, has to do with hair, food, styles of dress, art, language, music, mannerisms, common practices, norms and beliefs. We have these. I grew up in a black neighborhood. I am well versed I'm black culture. Some black people are not as familiar with the nuances (like my kids who could be on the hilarious sitcom Blackish).
