I don't think you understand how the conservative mind works. In their minds, it's okay for a president to tell states what to do if conservatives agree with the president's decree. They don't really care about the Tenth Amendment. That's just a pretext for them to challenge federal mandates they disagree with.

If there were a "conservative" dictionary, you would not find the word "hypocrisy" in there. The concept does not exist to them.
