    Ok fair enough.
But I asked you a question that you have not answered - will you criticise him if he tries to pardon himself?

It would be extremely unusual. Wrong? I don't know; it's probably legal and constitutional.

You're not making a point. You implying there is an issue when, in fact, there isn't. In fact, it's a non-sequitur.

In the event the new justice department seeks to indict him. Given his many crimes, it's possible.

Looks like someone in a foreign country doesn’t understand that pardons are an executive power and the DOJ is also under the executive office. Basically, YOU don’t know the how the separation of powers, here in the states, works.

Creepiness bothers you, you'll despise Trump with equal fervor, eh?

Biden pardoning Trump is moot because there is no crime.

The real question is whether Trump will pardon Biden.

My point is that I do not expect Trump to pardon Biden (there is nothing to pardon him for, and he wouldn't do it anyway).
I do not expect Biden to pardon Trump (because Biden will keep his fingers out of the DOJ, unlike Trump who has tried to use the DOJ as a political tool).

I DO, however, expect Trump to try to pardon himself. And I think that would be a valid question if he did so: what do you think you have done that requires a pardon?

No - the real question is whether Trump will pardon Trump (and his family). I expect him to issue a blanket pardon for himself and his close family before he leaves office.

I missed your logic. Because Mueller didn't investigate Trump means Trump committed crimes. Better think that comment over a little.

He can't pardon himself so it is a meaningless question.

I take it that you don’t think he will try to issue a pardon for himself?

What’s your authority for saying he can’t? It seems to be an open question.

Anyway, that was not my question. My question was whether you would criticise him if trump TRIED to pardon himself.

    Mueller investigated everyone.
But since the could not charge a sitting President with a crime.
When he came across a crime Trump committed he just noted it in his report and kept on investigating.
That's why he noted 11 instances of obstruction of justice in his report.
Hense, the telling of Congress it's up to them to act on his report.

Which do you think is more likely?
The entirety of the US Federal Govt. was acting against Trump?
Or the Trump Campaign was working with Russia?
Flynn is the only one who we know, what he talked to the Russians about.
We don't know what was exactly said during the other 271 time these to entities communicated with each other.
We just know a lot of them had to do with sanctions.

Neither. Elements of the Government were actively spying on the Trump campaign and the transition team. There is an open criminal investigation into how and why this all got started.

There is no proof the Trump campaign was working with Russia at all. That is why (one big reason why) the Russian Hoax is being investigated as a criminal matter now.
