The gap between black and white unemployment, wages, etc. has not changed at ALL.

If we pull that hood off, I doubt it would be Joe Biden who we find.

Yes, it has. Look back at that chart. The gap at the worst when Obama was in office was 17% for black unemployment and 7% for white unemployment. That was a 10 point gap. The gap today, not including coronavirus shut downs, has been reduced to a 3 point gap. Best it's ever been.

These Democrat governors who are keeping people locked out of jobs (longer than red states) are harming the poorest among us....again. But, that's an aside.

I believe Trump's focus on jobs for American citizens will do better getting us out of the current and upcoming virus-economy catastrophe much faster than we would do under Biden changing things back to giving our jobs to back China and halting progress on closing that racial employment gap.

So I found this critical article about Trump visiting the African-American museum back in 2017, on the anniversary of Malcolm X's assisination.

(Of course, the author made mention that Trump put his foot in his mouth and made the visit "all about him". But that's a normal media attack, and Trump can be his own worst enemy when he speaks.)

Anyway, it does appear that Trump did follow through on his promises with real, tangible ACTIONS. Gotta' look at what Trump does, and kind of ignore how he says things most of the time.

So, I listened to Malcolm X's speech, "The House Negro and The Field Negro".

I don't think that Malcolm X would have voted for Biden, Trump....or any white nominee....or any Christian nominee, regardless of color. Seems he would consider any black man/woman who is in politics to be a "House Negro", trying to fit in with the white people. I can sort of see his point. The white liberal Democrats seem very proud to virtue signal their "tolerance" and show off their token blacks.

    Malcolm X was:
Muslim, House of Islam = Anti-Christian (Anti- Martin Luther King philosophy)
Pro-violence to resolve problems (eye for an eye) = Anti-peaceable coexistence (turn the other cheek)
    Pro-segregation = Anti-integration
    Pro-separatist = Anti-assimilation
Pro-Black (Islamic only black) = Anti-White/Hispanic/Asian/Other (or Christian)

All "Anti-'s" on the list, in his philosophy, would have been House Negroes.

Pretty sure he would not have been trying to decide between Biden and Trump. He would surely have scorned and ridiculed them both equally. Neither Biden or Trump are the right color or religion to have won Malcolm X's approval or favor. He'd have hated them.

60-80% won't listen to any campaign "spiel" or vet either Biden's or Trump's words or actions. "Just vote blue," has been a family tradition for 60 years. It was older-generation blacks in the south who pulled Biden above Bernie Sanders this year. They get nothing in return but an old racist with rapidly progressing dementia.

I do think the younger generation (all races) are more interested in politics at a younger age though, than the older "automatic" Democrat voters. Trump may not have much of the young black vote, but they're also less likely to vote for Biden, because they're paying attention and can see who he is. "Democrat" doesn't mean much to the younger folks. A candidate has to actually earn their vote. Populists, like Trump and Sanders, who focus on the people are on the rise.

it wont require Trump to get the majority of the black vote not even close to the majority all he needs is 15 to 20% and Biden would have no chance of winning
and of the latest poll i read which singled out black voters Trump was at 19% approval with black voters
hell if Biden gets the same turn out of black voters as Clinton did he will lose just like Clinton
and I can tell you Blacks are not all that excited with Biden especially after the comment he just made

Turns out that Biden also lied to Charlemagne about being endorsed by NAACP every time he has run for president. NAACP doesn't issue endorsements.

    Oops!

I'll give you right wingers credit, you see blood in the water and you attack. Now you know damn well you don't care about Joe Biden making a comment about black folks, it is just something you are trying to use to think black folks aren't smart enough to see through that garbage.

I think blacks are completely competent to see through Biden's decades of lies and history of racism. Most will still vote for him in November, knowing that he'll just continue giving our country away to the highest bidders in other countries, bit by bit.

It doesn't matter what color you are. Political elites are in the power-class of rulers with the big-money corporate investors and global think-tank academics who pull the politicians' puppet strings and pad their pockets. It's a very small club and the rest of us aren't invited to join.

They don't want Trump in their elite club either. He's trying to break the chain of their accumulated power instead of become part of it. He's not playing their game, so they hate him.

I've gotta credit progressives for their abilities of selective outrage. You know damn well they don't actually care about racism or misogyny, it's just a tool to wield against political opponents.

‘You Ain’t Black’ and Joe Biden’s 10 Other Acts of Racism.

Proud to have been honored by Democrat George Wallace

About ten minutes into the 18-minute interview, while speaking primarily about black prisoners, Biden claimed they “can’t read.” After this comment, a Biden aide tried to shut it down. Biden stubbornly refused, and things only went downhill from there.

Without being asked a question that would solicit such a thing, or any question for that matter, Biden just blurted out: “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black!”

This is Biden saying the quiet part out loud, and this has been the attitude of Democrats going back more than a century to when they launched the Civil War in order to hold on to their slaves. This has been the attitude of Democrats going back to the segregated South that they created to ensure black Americans could not vote against them.

Biden has previously defended Southern segregation and Jim Crow

Biden employed a form of racist intimidation and bullying, the racist trope that unless you vote Democrat you are not really black.

Biden's history of racism goes back decades; his belief black people and other minorities are inferior or worthy of ridicule has never been a secret. The corrupt political media will never stop covering up for Biden, not even a credible sexual assault allegation.

    Biden’s a racist.

Just the worst examples of Biden’s racism and white supremacist beliefs…

1.) “White Kids” are Smarter than Other Kids – August 2019:
2.) Brags About His Ability to Work with Racists – June 2019
3.) Brags About Segregationist and Fellow Democrat Not Calling Him “Boy” Like He Did Others – 2019
4.) Uses Racist Term “Roaches” to Describe Black Kids – 2017
    5.) Mocks Indian-Americans – 2006
6.) Describes Barack Obama Is a “Bright and Clean” Black Person – 2007
    7.) Uses Antisemitic Term “Shylock” – 2014
8.) Praised Democrat Segregationist as “Man of Character” – 1988
9.) Segregation Is Good for Black People – 1975
10.) Democrat Party Needs More People Like Racist Democrat Governor George Wallace – 1975

This is Dems cream of the crop?

~ Eh - people just make fun of Joe because it's easy. The Democrats are always taking a poke at Trump so the other side just returns the favor . Has nothing to do with skin color - except to Ol´ Joe of course .
~ This is true. Most people do not care about Joe Biden at all. He has become nothing more than a sad caricature of himself and today's Democratic Party.

That is the weak excuse you right wingers always come with, what do you think Lindsey Graham, Mitch McConnell, Chuck Grassley are. These clowns have been around for decades getting rich. I can't think of ONE policitican (Democrat or Republican) that has left Washington broke. All Trujmp has accomplished is exposing the republican party for what they are, He is trying to take over the game because he wants all the power and because of a weak republican party he is getting it.

I'm a conservative, not a Democrat or Republican. That's why I've voted 3rd party for 3 elections....and why I rail about the corrupt political elitist establishment. That establishment is not just Democrats, you know. They've got the game rigged, and we voters aren't the winners. Quite a show they put on while they steal money out of our checks.

Trump is exposing them for what they are. He's the most hated man in the world of politics because he isn't one of them.

I could put up Trump's racism, but what good would it do. How many times has Biden been sued for racial discrimination? Trent Lott said Storm Thurmond should have won the Presidency in 1948, did you complain about that? I doubt it. We have seen Trump's racism upfront and personal, unfortunately we are going to have to take the lesser of 2 evils.

Conservative/republican they are pretty much one and the same.

He has also exposed himself for what he is. He's one of them, he is just doing it in a different manner.

Had Pres. Obama granted clemency to Kilpatrick the right would have had a hissy fit and you know it. There are alot more black folks sitting in prison from injustice than Kilpatrick.
