I agree with Biden that any black voting for Trump is voting against himself and so not acting as any black man should, (or any white man for that matter)

For the same reason anyone apologizes, because he said something that was easily taken in a way that wasn't intended.

They had great economies under Republican policies what are you talking about? They have had the best especially since 2015 when the Republicans took back the Congress and even better when they took back the White House. Same startingin in 1996 when the Republicans took back the Congress and then in 2000 the White House. Yes there was a recession, which everyone not just blacks, but their policies were mostly correct and that helped mitigate the depth and length and get us into another full recovery. Compare that to the Democrats taking back the Congress in 2007 and then the White House in 2009, how'd blacks do then? How about 2009 to 2015? Not so well. The Republicans don't need a big chunk just another 10% and the election is theirs.

Yes blacks can look at those graphs and see the worst recovery in modern history in which they particularly did lousy. They can see as Republicans took back first the House and then the Senate and the the WH things have gotten better especially the last three years. That's what those numbers tell you.

What is Biden offer that blacks should vote for him especially in light of his stated attitude about them, that they OWE him and HE gets to define their blackness?

 

So it's not Trump but pelosi who they should give kudos to. Gotcha. Another reason not to vote for him.

No don't got me at all. And all Pelosi has done is try to impeach a President. Republicans still have majority control. Give the Congress back to the Dems and we are january 2007 again and we see how bad things got after that and for how long. Why should blacks vote for that again? What exactly is Biden proposing to do now and why didn't he do it the 8 years he was at the White House?

I took that to mean that some black people don't understand bigotry. Only the abnormal ones do. According to Biden these abnormal blacks are the only authentic blacks.
