So, you don't think people will do something that is fiscally incentivized? We have seen people have been listed as dying because of COVID when they didn't even have it or died because of a car wreck. We see colleges always raising tuition right after the government raises how much they are willing to back in college loans. We see doctors raise prices of services when Medicare and Medicaide payouts are raised. But you don't think Hospitals will mark people who don't have COVID with having COVID when they get paid more for treating people with COVID?
