He's done the same with the state department. The problem with gutting the state department it's like flying an airline jet and removing the instrument panel. It costs a little extra, but when you are at the helm of the most powerful job in the world, you need it to keep the Country on the right track. Without a fully staffed state department, you are flying blind. Half the ambassadorships are not filled.
