Well, I agree that all who are GUILTY must be punished according to law. And nothing about that lawful process should be used to excuse anybody smashing up a Target or Autozone store, stealing everything in the store, and behaving like wild BEASTS.

In MN, the governor has done the same thing with the elderly as Governor party tits so he has I believe by now, the highest percentage of deaths in assisted living facilities.
The man child mayor of Minneapolis is one of those good looking millennials that has his head firmly implanted in his ass. The center city is taken over by young thugs and the arrests are few and far in-between. The chief of police asked for an additional 400 police officers and only 14 was given and all of those new officers were assigned to menial tasks none of which were directly involved in actual law enforcement.
