Just look at where the SOLID line ENDS and the DOTTED line BEGINS!

That is how far BEHIND the IHME data site is when it comes to factual reporting.

The governmental priority at the time was invading and occupying Iraq not in helping the general population or helping those affected by Hurricane Katrina. The banks, corporations, and the rich are helped mightily by the government.
