    So it's Criminally Negligent Manslaughter

A man the Cops know is having a Cardiac Episode - as you tell us
they had already called an Ambulance for him. So in his discomfort
he is taken down, held and a weighted Knee applied to his NECK.

Seems these Sadistic Thugs have a room temperature IQ
Seems that this sort of Brutality is becoming standard procedure

During the police restraint and are the police responsible for his cardiac condition. Did they know prior to the arrest. When he complained of the shortness of breath they called the EMT's. Not much more they can do they are not EMT's. His death maybhave started before he was ever on the ground and nothing the police could have done about it. YES what the one officer did while he was on the ground was wrong and at the least he should be fired and charged with a crime for that. But with this ME report it's not a slam dunk anymore that he is responsible for the death.

I disagree, it is because of the local control that you have this lawlessness in certain police and sheriff departments.

That is why laws go through the Congress and president. It is the reason why we have a CRA and VRA because the states and local levels wouldn't do the right thing.

Again this is a country governed by laws and if you want change you have to change the laws or create new ones. We saw and see what has happened when they are controlled on the local level.

In other words you are jockeying the numbers in an attempt to prove a non-existent narrative, that's known as lying by omission.

If you don't understand that resisting an arrest will result in exculated force you are not in a position to comment on the subject.

And your continuing to post irrelevant videos is going to get you flagged for going off topic.

Chief Arradondo told Mayor Frey that he needed 400 additional police officers over the next 5 years to make up of a current shortage of resources, after the city saw a 56% increase in crime by migrant Somalian gangs. Frey and the City Council disagreed and did not approved the staff increases.

Due to "political correctness" and out of fear of being labelled "racist", the mayor was not comfortable to support his American-born black chief of police who was trying to combat Somali-born black criminal gang activity. Can't have the appearance of intolerance on the DNC side of the aisle at any cost....even if your policies eventually leave your city in flames and your citizens in fear.

I heard the city council wanted to actually cut the numbers of officers.

I am wondering if this will affect leftist leanings in the Minnesota State this political season?

The autopsy also indicates that the police restraint likely contributed to Floyd's death. Not dying of strangulation or asphyxiation does not absolve the cop of murder/manslaughter.

"The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by the police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."

That is what critical race theory holds.
However that Cop who had his knee on Floyds neck
was never trained in that procedure.Plus those other cops
standing around watching knew better also. They were not acting
as if cops.So the same critical race theory holds true.
The Odds are Definitely not on the side of those Cops.
In fact getting worse by the day.The very hour.Pretty soon no different
than the original - Wolf Man - { 1941 } movie as when the sun goes
down.Whiich is ironic. That is the term used by Southern Racist of
the Klan when Blacks best git theyself inside.
" When the sun goes down ".

I doubt it. Solid blue is solid blue and "Republicans are racists," is the deeply indoctrinated party platform, almost in it's entirety. "Tolerance" is the contrast propaganda word to their "Racism" claim, and so, today they are tolerating what they voted for...and will probably continue to vote for and to tolerate.

Sorry but I haven’t seen your post that identifies the “proper method” for dealing with a handcuffed man, struggling for breath, who collapses to the ground. Could you repeat it or identify which post I should look at?

It is illegal to use excessive force on a suspect. Floyd was completely subdued and hand cuffed, lying on his front, complaining of being unable to breath. He was not armed. The police had no cause or authority to continue kneeling on his neck for 7 minutes. Once the threat is neutralized, use of force must stop.

Yes. From a political perspective, many of these blue city mayors have pressure from politically-active fringe groups to essentially abolish police and jails. The consequences don't seem to really matter.

Or would he have been dead anyway? Beyond a reasonable doubt did it cause his death?
It appears at this point THAT is what a jury will be faced with.

And it all comes back to the guy resisting arrest, he could have allowed himself to be arrested and then gotten the case dismissed in court, but no he chose to fight and died as a result of his stupidity.

I was trained a long time age, if an officer advises be I am being detained, I am to shut up, cooperate and we will fight it out in court later.

Blaming the victim of a murder is absolutely pathetic. The threat was completely neutralized. The continued kneeling on his neck went from being within the authority of LEO, to assault. That assault led to his death, which is felony murder.

Not necessarily. He was already in that caridac distress before he went down. Had the knee not been on his neck would he have survived? How do you prove that? The toxicology report may help not just for illegal substances but when you die from carriage arrest certain chemicals are released from what I understand.
