ME Report quote: "While standing outside the car, Mr. Floyd began saying and repeating that he could not breathe."

You are interpreting that as KNOWING that he was "complaining of a shortness of breath".

I'd say it's quite possible he was chanting (repeating) the trope, "I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe."....merely as part of his strategy of resisting arrest.

    --

Nowhere in the report does it say that the officers called EMT's. It's possible that concerned citizens made the call. The fire dept report indicates that they weren't called until 8:30pm, after Floyd was already dead. Fire department was on the scene 2 minutes after they were called and had just missed the ambulance leaving with Floyd's body. We don't know what time the ambulance was called or what they were told. The fire department call which was received only indicated that there was a patient with "trauma to his mouth"...no indication of heart or respiratory issues.

    --

Yes, the ME report finds heart disease and high blood pressure history and stated that those conditions combined with police restraint and possible intoxicants likely caused his death.

You can see Antifa and BLM graffiti everywhere. It's not exactly like those two groups are total strangers, or that they "only" show up when white supremacists are holding a rally.

I was trying to, in a nice way, say that there is no way you can be referring to the ME report or preliminary report since they have not been made public.

You are referring to the arrest affidavit which never even quotes the report.

    You're missing something very important.

    He didn't "go down."

He was placed in cuffs in the rear of the patrol car, and then went nuts. The cops thought he was having a "psychotic break" (different, but similar language in the charging dox), and it took 3 cops to remove him from the car and placed him on the ground. Then 3 cops got on top of him to try and contain him.
^ This is beyond dispute both by video & the cops' statements.

When all of the media (right, center, left) agrees on something, it's probably true.

Please link, unless you are talking about the charging document. The ME preliminary report should be a separate document.

The only reason to look for physical evidence of traumatic asphyxia is to explain blown capillaries and other vessels in the head and neck. Other possible causes would be strangulation or other types of asphyxia like positional asphyxia. So it appears that there were blown blood vessels in the head and neck that are indicative of asphyxia.

If that is true it would have been a far cry from all the Cop vehicles destroyed thus far!!! You can't stop someone from hurting themselves. You can and should stop people from breaking the law. That is what the police are there for. Had he been in the back of the car and taken to the precinct, there would have been no cameras and no opportunity for ANTIFA!

Two paragraphs of preliminary findings from the ME autopsy are part of the charging document.

This is the quote from the charging document:
That is NOT a quote of the ME preliminary report. It is the prosecutor's special agent testimony. There is no attachment or direct quote of the findings.

Let me know if you are referring to something else, because what I quoted is in no way a part of the preliminary report.

    Hmmmm:

According to the Washington Post database, a total of 41 unarmed people were shot and killed by US police in 2019. The racial composition of victims is:
    White: 19
    Black: 9
    Hispanic: 6
    Other: 4
    Unknown: 3

Most Americans first instinct: "What did they do wrong to deserve that?" Rarely, the answer is "Nothing." When the answer is "Nothing", we all get outraged.

Left-leaning Politicos (and CNN) first instinct: "What color were they?" Circumstances don't matter too much, and only BlackLivesMatter for press, attention, protests and riots.

Welcome to the surreal world of outrage politics with carefully selected and finely crafted narratives.

I looked that up the other day (and am not going to re-Google...that info is available). The vast majority of deaths-by-police died from gunshot wounds....and the vast majority were not unarmed.

Info I found also did not separate how many people police killed in self-defense or to protect another citizen's life versus out of malice ("racism") or by accident.
