Yes, rr has been "nuh uh" ing to the reasonable (heh) reasons why the McMichaels punks are going down for the long count.

If he were defending them, the Judge himself would execute them in the court room itself.

    Post it.
Black male, red shirt, white shorts. Says nothing about size.
Why didn't it happen in February, March or April.
Keep telling yourself that, you might believe it.
I guess the state is also.

So the white folks were invisible.
    Smfh.
    Baseless, smfh.
They had NO AUTHORITY to detain him, it's getting to be beating a dead horse.

You don't bring any facts to back up your weak arguments.

rr is simply unhappy that white men are going to pay for unlawfully killing a black man.

I very much am living up to my screen name, my bias is for justice.

No, you've tried to argue the facts but I've shot you down every time. Remember burden of proof lies on you.

    1. They'd been informed by their neighbour of the description of the previous suspect who did resemble Arbery. Different to their description on the phone call which is as you state.

    2. I'm just making the example, if Arbery had not resembled the suspect they would not have pursued him.

    3. The footage hadn't been released yet and everyone was busy with the Wuhan virus. The footage was released to dispel fake rumours about the case (that they flew a confederate flag for instance) but backfired disastrously. Hence the being railroaded.

    4. I think you'll find this is apparent to everyone but you.

    5. The first 2 DAs said there was no case to answer, it was only when the third gave in to political pressure that they were charged. So which of the state was right and which wrong.

    6. No, if they'd have seen them they'd have chased them too.

    7. Superbrutha; "Oh no, he's made a salient point and I have no comeback. Tell you what, I'll write SMFH, it means nothing but maybe I can avoid admitting I'm wrong"

    8. See above.

    9. Of course they did, he was a suspected burglar and their grounds were reasonable. Stop beating that dead horse, just admit you are wrong.

Not at all, if they were guilty I would be the first to say prosecute. But the evidence states otherwise.

and i'm pointing out you've already been given it. I've showed you GA law, I've shown you the video and the statements from McMichaels. Your post was incorrect in it's entirety, and has been proven so.

No, all your evidence and case law substantiates my viewpoint. They thought he was a burglar, they had reasonable grounds to do so, they attempted to detain him for the police and killed him when he attacked them and attempted to wrestle their shotgun from them. They have no case to answer.

    except it directly refutes it.
this has been proven false. They had no reasonable grounds to suspect he was a burglar. They admit this to police. They attempted to detain him illegally. They admit this to police. They brandished firearms in their attempt to detain him. We have video of them doing this. Arbery had the absolute right to defend himself from the attempted kidnapping, and was killed in the process. That is felony murder, aggravated assault and attempted false imprisonment. It's why they are going to j ail for a very long time.

from the short video, he was clearly jogging, not trying to run away. Death by idiots. I don't know what "degree" of murder it is as I doubt that they set out to kill, but that was the end result.

It's not murder 1, but it's felony murder under GA law. Their illegal actions led to the death of an innocent person. They will be going to jail for a while.

    1. How so?

    2. They had every right to suspect him of burglary. Do give me the quote where they admit they didn't? That they admit illegality? Didn't brandish anything as the vid shows. No one was kidnapping him which would require an intent to transport or even illegally detain him which would have required confinement. No murder (even you accept that they only saw to detain him) and he attacked them.

They are in jail to appease the mob. Will they be convicted? We'll see, the dad and neighbour will walk in my opinion whilst Travis might get a few years.

Possibly manslaughter by Travis but he has valid defences.

unless they get a plea deal for manslaughter, they are going to jail for a very long time for felony murder, aggravated assault and attempted false imprisonment.

No evidence for any of these whatsoever. At most the old man and neighbour will walk and Travis may get manslaughter.
