Sure Sobo sure. I take this about as seriously as you mocking the use in my hometown of wooden electric poles.

Ignoring the fact that wooden structures are more durable during earthquakes.

Remember when you claimed that Germany could build its own nuclear weapons in HOURS?!?!!!!!!

I pulled up online sources that said Germany could indeed build its own nuclear weapons.

In MONTHS. Weeks if they got lucky. But no, our dear little Sobo continue with his claim (unsourced of course) that Germany could build its own nuclear weapons in HOURS.

Not true at all. Nuclear warheads were not small enough to be launched by V2 rockets until the 1960s give or take.

When was the last earthquake you had in Arkansas?

Also any concession Germany did to USA in last 4 years?

Last time i checked Germany declined any US demand and just moves on. When USA did something like tariffs, Germany used the EU to install counter tariffs of same height.

I think you agree USA has shown very little foreign influence lately.

A nuclear bomb is a primitive device. Germany lands spacecrafts on comets. We have 2000 tons of Plutonium (2nd largest stock in the world). How difficult do think it is to put a 8 kg Plutonium core into a beryllium hull and place explosives around it? Or to make a Plutonium pan and a Plutonium bullet that is shot into said pan to make it critical? That is a done on a matter of hours.

A more complex system like a hydrogen bomb would take weeks, sure.

Except the method you describe would NOT produce a fission explosion. What you just described is the Reader's Digest version of nuclear fission warhead design. Disinformation that was put out for several decades. It even appears in various encyclopedias. But it won't work. All you would get is a bunch of radioactive debris.

The second method of building a nuclear fission device will not work with Plutonium but only Uranium. And as said your description is inaccurate anyway.

And Arkansas had an earthquake within a few miles of where I lived as recently as 2007. Everyone heard the noise and thought the chemical plant had blown up. But that didn't happen until a year or so later.

And why do your people in Arkansas live in little wooden houses that we would use as storage in our garden? Also because quakes?

As for nuclear bombs, if you believe that a nation which builds particle accelerators, fusion reactors like Wendelstein X7 and uranium enrichment centrifuges as well as enrichment reactors...would need years to build a nuke...you should resign as teacher.

google it yourself if you don't believe me.

I grew up in a house built of what was called "tile" back then. Basically what we call "brick" today but larger. Closer in size to a cinder block. That's the house my wife and I are planning to live in when we restore it in a couple of years. People have various preferences as to the building materials for their homes. Mainly though homes in the U.S. are going to be wood or brick or some combination.

I also googled school in that village and honestly, as an exchange studend i would not be to happy if i would have ended there.

Nothing to see, relative poor people. No attractions, nothing to do.

Faulting Trump in any way = "orange man bad" to his cultists. They brook no criticsm of Trump whatsoever. His word is truth, his actions divine.

What do you expect in a place with barely 800 people.

Still I enjoyed it (we don't live there now but in the neighboring town a few miles away).

Football games in the fall. Basketball games in winter. Movies at the theatre in El Dorado (at least before the virus outbreak) anytime you want to go. Various tourist attractions there. The museum up the road which is mainly a tribute to the oil industry.

Though to be honest when we really want to do something we go either north to Little Rock/North Little Rock or south to Shreveport.

On one trip to Shreveport I got to see a series of B-52s landing at Barksdale Air Force Base.

A hydrogen bomb would be much cleaner and more bomb, and well, just better.

It's easy to give up thinking or caring and just support a guy no matter what he says and does, huh?

No. But I still support a number of the policies (not all) that President Trump advances.

We have not forgotten the enormous theft by the Americans after the war, or the deliberate starving of 1.7 million German POW on the Rhine Meadows, or the senseless but deliberate bombing of Dresden, and the deliberate torture of every German brought before the Nuremberg Military Tribunal. America had no business cheating themselves into the European war via Pearl Harbor. Today they are hated world wide for their endless wars. Under the guise of bringing democracy they destroy one country after the other.
    Listen to General Wesley Clark:

America has been hijacked by a group of Neocons!

Wesley Clark is a lunatic. Hardly a credible source. The U.S. was already involved in the war in Europe prior to Pearl Harbor. Who did the U.S. torture at Nuremberg? We helped get Goering in shape and off drugs.

And the U.S. hasn't "destroyed" any country.

If nothing changed, how did he end up on the "losing side"? You are admitting that even without changing anything, we are being taken advantage of, and that Trump has made no progress from our current Win/Lose relationship to the Win/Win he seeks. But is that true?

In April 2018, year to date, the deficit was $22B with Germany buying $20B and selling us $42B
In April 2020, year to date, the deficit is $19.6B with Germany buying $19.9B and selling us $39.5B

You remain our 5th largest trading partner, we have closed the trade gap by 11% and you feel like you have won every skirmish, so everyone is happy. We have improved our trade position and you feel like you have won, so win/win!

    https://www.census.gov/foreign-trade/statistics/highlights/top/top2004yr.html
We are no longer just letting them rob us blind.

Year to date April 2018 - China was our number 1 trading partner with a trade deficit of $119B. We sold them $42.3B and purchased $161.3B from them.

Year to date April 2020 and China has dropped to our #3 trade partner with a deficit of $74.4B. We sold them $30.6B and purchased $107B from them. So we have cut our deficit by 37% which you describe as them "crushing us". Actually, we are fine with this direction and it sounds like they are good with it too, so Win/Win.
We are horrible and terrible and you are virtuous and wonderful! Aren't self assessments fun!
    See? Trump makes everybody happy!

Your ability to communicate intelligently in a second language is very impressive, thank you for sharing your views with me.

    Take care,
    Zorro

What's to know? Europe is a waste of American resources, let them defend themselves or learn Russian. America will not be there a third time to save Eurotrash from itself...

And those are worth the damage he is doing to you? You don't think you could set those interests aside to, you know, save the Republic?
