What does make sense is that the Democratic Party leadership is now endorsing a purge. Purge books, movies, statures, memorials, purge the names of parks, cities, cemeteries, streets, counties, military bases, etc... Why limit it to racial bigots, purge any book, artwork, memorial, etc... if the person was opposed to same sex marriage, if they disapproved of LGBTQRIA. Just purge the past if it does not conform to the new woke left's ideals.
