    Heritage is a propaganda machine. Sometimes they do fund actual research, but it's a cover.

    Tell that to the people who's excuse for looting and rioting indiscriminately is that a career criminal was killed accidentally during his arrest.
    Ask the victims of the rioters if they feel their loss was justified by the excuse.

    In the real world- excuses don't cut it if you apply common sense, but then that seems irrelevant to those who have none.
