You think getting Mexican workers paid more MIGHT keep many from illegally migrating here for better pay??

The answer to your stupid question is most likely yes....

Wait I thought them migrating here was a good thing? You changing your tune all of a sudden? Stupid, lol you claimed environmental protections somehow was the thing that brought us Billions and billions in trade. I think I would evaluate your definition of f'ing stupidity. Maybe you were being sarcastic, that's the only way it could make any sense to anyone with a brain.

Hmm... so she is responsible for "respecting labor unions" "protecting the ozone layer", "the removal of Intellectual Protections for drug manufacturers", and "demanding binding arbitration" are things that you think "cleaned up the agreement"? REALLY?????

Seriously? Laughable. Gosh, let's see if we can put this into context then. So, by "respecting labor unions", Nancy accomplishes....... what? By demanding that we protect the "ozone", we get....... By removing intellectual property protections, we get what? cheaper drugs because the protections like patents are no longer available to drug manufacturers? and "demanding binding arbitration... sounds like a bone to the lawyers.

Where does any of that either a) clean up the agreement, or b) produce anything other than more cost and less protection of our competitiveness? Perhaps you have an answer here. I doubt it though.

I am talking to someone who thinks that a trade deal which slightly increased the percentage of parts and labor necessary to qualify the car as being made in that country somehow equates to mexico paying for a ****ing wall.

The "proposal that lost by one vote" would have only removed Obamacare. It was not a proposal to actually do anything in replacement.

The man took the effort to answer your question and your response is to dismiss them because they are laughable and, because you are unable to explain why those improvements are not improvements, you demand that he further explain what was already provided to you.

This bill is better now with the exception of biologics, which is a big exception,” said Lighthizer.

“With the exception of biologics, it’s more enforceable and it’s better for American workers and American manufacturers and agriculture workers than it was before. For sure.

Every single aspect from this list - on top of the current recession and the 130,000 Americans dead from a virus - is laid very directly and squarely at the feet of your orange god.

Of course not. I used his sources that he provided as the "magic sauce" that Nancy produced, identified them, and asked first how they are remarkable or effective, and second why these should be taken seriously. But of course that went straight over your head...

Marketing always makes shytty stuff sound good doesn't it? You haven't responded to the actual comment though. how does what Nancy stuck in there delivered any meaningful improvement to the agreement?

Gosh... what an interesting precedent you're setting here. So... given your theory then, No matter who is president, deaths are always attributable to the president. Are you super sure you want to run with that?

Of course, yes. And it was a good thing to include in the overall package, but let's not act as though it will necessarily be something that'll be beneficial to America over the short and long run, it's a benefit to Mexico. And the environmental thing is trivial, since we have the Clean Power Act of 1978.

Essentially, it was to throw a bone to democratic-unions(as the democrats are wholly owned by the unions), who they themselves extort their members with their dues. We need a new party to replace Democrats, badly.

A party that is formed of the strength of Trump supporters, and the Bernie supporters. If those two forces could come together, as a predominant political force in America Washington might serve the people instead of its rich donor class.

The only 1250185 dimensional chess that is going on here is the mental gymnastics you need to perform in order to always end up praising trump.

You guys want to praise trump for theoretical lives saved, but refuse to critique him for actual lives lost. That's the precedent that you have set for every future president.

LOL.. It doesn't matter how many times you quote it, it still is simple marketing. Putting a brave face on what essentially was zero content change to the agreement. Ta Da....!!

As AI And 3d printing become more and more prevalent, the manufactoring jobs will whittle down. Manufactoring has change even in the past 10 yrs, one needs to be a technician more than an assembly line worker, that is that nature of that game.
