It looks to me like Greg is trying to sell books. It's been my experience that very few people who are trying to sell books are being entirely truthful. The quote in your post reeks of half-truths and deception.

The DEMOGRAPHIC shift is in progress making it considerably harder for Republicans to SUPPRESS minority voters.



The chart above shows that the Covidiot-in-Chief ONLY had majority support among white, noncollege voters. He LOST all of the other demographics by SIGNIFICANT margins and he is INCAPABLE of convincing any of them to vote for him in 2020.

The SECOND thing that chart tells is even more important and that is there is a DECLINE of 2.3% in his ONLY voting bloc. Since 2 out of 3 voters in that segment supported him that is a NET LOSS of about 1.2 MILLION fewer votes that he can count on in 2020.



This chart shows that white support for the Covidiot-in-Chief DECLINED significantly between 2016 and 2018. The demographic shift alone cannot account for a change that large among the white voter bloc. What is far more likely is that it was driven by the Covidiot-in-Chief LOSING support among white suburban women voters.

The Republicans are COUNTING on the Pandemic to REDUCE voter turnout in November either by making voters too sick or too afraid to turn out to vote AND by eliminating polling stations everywhere they can get away with it.

So how do we STOP them from STEALING 2020?

We vote by mail in record numbers and ensure that every single mailed in vote is COUNTED.

 

Bull. You can't really contest an election unless the evidence is an overwhelming lock and usually not even then, particularly not with this John Gotti clone. Once one side steals it, it's usually theirs.

 

How do we get the red states to go with mail in voting? They'll probably reject it, and reduce polling places for the lame excuse of covid and 'lack of staff'.

This is the game they are playing, and they could win with it, if voter turnout is discouraged. Remember, in black neighborhoods, at some polling places, waits were as long as 8 hours. That it happened before, many won't turn out because they expect a repeat of that experience.

What we are looking here is right wing tyranny.

The solution is mass protest on a scale hitherto unseen in history.

 

Yes, there is going to have to be concerted action in order to obtain mail in ballots in every state however you must realize that the GOP has had unintended outcomes by using the Pandemic to suppress voting. Take Wisconsin where they were trying to use it get control of the state supreme court.

The Dems are not going to allow the Republicans to suppress their votes in November and that determination is NATIONWIDE.

Furthermore the Dems are well aware of ALL of the nefarious tricks that the Republicans are using and they are PUSHING BACK hard.

That Dem win in Wisconsin was by a 10% margin which means that voters are highly motivated to have their votes counted this year. Dems set a record for Midterm voting in 2018 and I can see it happening again this November. Millennials were a larger voting bloc than Boomers in 2016 and that difference will only be even larger in 2020. Boomers are the ones most vulnerable to the virus so it could well be Millennials who determine the final outcome.

Yes, the Pandemic feces is hitting the fan nationwide NOW which means that it has 4 months to do it's worst before 11/3. By that stage everyone will have gotten the message that social distancing and masks are a necessity and they will be demanding mail in ballots like everyone else rather than risk their own lives long before we have to actually go out and vote.

Two: he "demands" that people buy his book?

Three: at the end he "apologizes" for his poor language. Why would he do that if he's an investigative reporter? Last I knew investigative reporters education includes writing and grammar classes.

The whole thing smells like a scam to me. Not advertising on actual advertising sites? Not advertising through a publisher? Which usually means he has no publisher. Which calls into question his self proclaimed "investigative reporter" title. Why hasn't he brought this to a news agency? And if he did then why did they reject his story? Surely in this day and age he could have found some news agency to cover it? But apparently even Rolling Stones, The Guardian, and Al Jezeera wouldn't touch it.

People are entitled to make a living. If what Palast were saying were fantasy, he's be found out and his reputation as an investigative reporter would be shot. I'm not saying he's got every detail correct, but on states, such as what Kemp did during the gov race in Georgie ( purged hundreds of thousands, and the national interstate crosscheck programmed which purged over a million during 2016 by Kris Kobach, are verifiable facts. And, don't you take a minute to check before you accuse?
