    We have financed each others enemies since Korea. Russia financed the VC when our army was in Vietnam. We financed Bin Laden and the Mujahedeen when the Russian Army was in Afghanistan. Now they are financing the Taliban when our Army is Afghanistan. So bank transfers and cash should come as surprise only to the naïve. There is NO proof of any bounty on U.S. soldiers, that part is a left wing fantasy machine made up in a feeble attempt to defeat Trump in November.

    Intelligence isn't proof. It is supposed to be acted upon, which obviously wasn't done here. Who is to blame for Trump inviting Putin to join the G7? The IC for not informing him of this possible threat, or Trump for not acting on it?

    Yes, that's how it's done. If we wait for proof it could be too late. There's all kinds of intelligence and counter-intelligence out there. It's all acted upon, which includes gathering more evidence and verification. That is part of the process. What we don't do with intelligence is ignore it, which appears to be the case here.

    This thread is a huge pile of bull dung. You can't even define the term "bounty" and if you could stretch it to mean anything at all in this context you'll find that the U.S. has been doing it since at least the 1960's.

    I am a student of human behavior and manipulation of the public perception, aka brainwashing.

    I don't know the answers to any of your questions, but I do know that it's more theater than reality somehow.

    Governments are necessary, but eventually become the enemy of the people as it is today.

    NOT acting on intel that is partially verified is the act of a fool...which is what we have in the Oval Office.

    By doing nothing Trump is telling Putin that it's OK to do this and that there will be no ramifications
