This is from Bloomberg article. All population growth between the 2010 census and 2020 was to racial and ethnic minorities. Low white birth rates has resulted in a shrinking white population to 60.1% of the total in 2019. The white population declined by 9,000 since the 2010 census to just over 197 million.
Over the decade we added 10.1 million people identified as Hispanic. The median age of white Non-Hispanic grew to 43.7 years over 10 years more than the median age of Hispanics of any race. Black and Asian American median age falls between the two major groups.
If the 2020 census data confirms the data the decade from 2010 to 2020 would be the first since the first census in 1790 to see no growth in the white Non-Hispanic population.
The only place showing growth in the white population was the District of Columbia , while 358 of 364 metropolitan areas and 3,012 out of 3,141 counties saw declines.
States with the highest percentage of white residents are Maine, Vermont, West Virginia and New Hampshire.
More than one quarter of the 100 largest metropolitan areas have minority white populations including Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York and Washington D.C.

That makes no sense whatsoever--unless they ask about racism specifically, which I've never seen. But I am humble enough to be stood corrected. Does the census questionnaires ask about racism, and can you provide me cited source proving this? Then again, unless the phraseology of the question about when, as opposed to if, racism has happened, it would still not make sense that a conditional questions about racism logically means that is exists.

 

It asks you for your race......black, white Hispanic, Asian, etc. It further asks whites there European origin......English, Irish Scottish, German etc.It may ask similar question of other races but since it is online the question may be specific to prior answer you gave ??

 

It is NOT required to indicate your race on the census. Yes it is asked but not required to answer.

What is the alarming part of this is the shrinking White Euro ancestry population is not just in the USA it is a worldwide problem. Not marrying and having children until too late in life, and too many males shooting blanks due to degraded sperm.

Now that is false. Trump wanted citizenship question, not race. The question asking what race you are has been on every census questionnaire for the last 40 years at least.

 

I know this wasn't directed at me but...Personally I don't care. The whole world is eventually going to be one color anyways...brown. Perhaps by then racism will have burnt itself out. At least I would hope so. I won't hold my breath though.

The race polls are defaulted to minorities. Of course there will be less white people. Someone who is half white and half minority will be counted as a minority. My granddaughter is mixed race. There is no need for you to be alarmed. She will be raised by conservatives as a military brat.

Well I don't think the human race is ever going to be just one color (unless there is some disaster which leaves only survivors from one area). But we're probably already in an era where racism meant less than anytime in human history, so I suspect this is as good as it gets, and it's all ethnic fighting from here on out.

 

The only thing that will stop it is if we go into space and start colonizing other planets. The main reason that different skin colors even came about was due to geographic location and isolation. The world is much smaller now with transportation that can take us literally around the entire globe in just hours where once it would have taken years a few centuries ago. Remember, it took Columbus 2 months just to go from England to the Americas. 6 months for people to travel the Oregon Trail. Etc etc.

People might never be exactly the same color, there will no doubt be various shades of brown. But in the end, there will be no whites, and more than likely no blacks even. It will all be shades of brown in-between.
