This happened at a chipotle.

 

Both of the women involved were wrong. I'm leaving the teen out of it, because adults are supposed to be in chzrge. If someone bumps into you and you want to say something, just keep going if they aren't going to apologize. If your kid makes a big deal out of it. Tell her it was probably an accident and keep it moving. You don't try to force an apology, after making the (accident?) Known. It makes it worse that the other lady was visibly pregnant. Also, why did the pregnant lady completely flip out? Hormonal isn't a good enough excuse ...

Just because you think they should've done something different, doesn't mean what they did was illegal and worthy of being arrested over.

I suggest you look up disparity of force and the fact that they were being blocked from leaving. Now add the abundance of videos where people in cars have been attacked and you might understand the fear that this woman had. Any competent lawyer will defeat this bulls#!t.

Oh requiring a permit to exercise a constitutional right IS the very definition of infringement.

 

I would not have pulled the gun..Unless attacked physically.

She should have her permit pulled. And charged.

The woman that initiated the attack was also incredibly stupid. She kept threatening to assault the woman that was in the car. The woman with the gun tried several minutes to leave even after offering an apology. When she they tried to leave the drama queen continued to impede the movement of the vehicle. At some point a person has the right to decide that they need to defend themselves and that is up to that individual. I don't see why she has any more responsibility to back off at that point than the drama queen who was threatening to kick her "white ass". As far as the legality the legality is only your opinion which I think is tainted by your political stance or racial bent. Not once in any of your posts do you address the behavior of the drama queen black woman. You can deny that the black woman was a totally offensive asshat or assert that she had the right to be an idiot because she was black and therefore she has more rights than the white woman that just wanted to leave but that would be racist.

 

My opinion is based on common sense and what a gun owner should do. You never pull a gun to fight words. Duh.

 

It's about the threat. She was threatened. It is not common sense to wait until you are attacked to defend yourself.

And your opinion still isn't the law, no matter how much you'd like it to be.

Also, the gun is the reason it never got beyond words. Who knows what would've happened otherwise.

Being arrested and being convicted are two different things. This should easily be beaten in court. It's on video that she was threatened long before she drew her weapon. It's also on video that they tried to leave before drawing their weapon. That a DA was pressured to press charges means nothing.

Police knew George Zimmerman was innocent too but were forced to arrest when the DA felt the pressure and decided to charge him.

This really isn't any different than the Missouri couple defending themselves. The wife their clearly pointed her gun at people but she wasn't arrested because she was threatened.

But you go on with your agenda....gotta worry about that election in november.

Ok a woman is sitting behind your car and beating on it and won't allow you to leave (kidnapping). What do you do? There is absolutely no doubt if the white couple called the cops, the video would be put up on line to show yet another "racist" white person calling the cops on innocent black people. From the second the racist welfare scumbag black woman confronted the white people, they had no chance of avoiding job loss, doxxing and depersoning. What is troubling about this is that this is a community that is nearly 100% white and the black woman came from a crime riddled nearby region (mixed race) for the express purpose of doing exactly this. I see the black woman attack the car for no reason and I am absolutely flabbergasted that she is not arrested. The white couple should be acquitted and the Republican sheriff who arrested them should be fired. In a just world, the black woman would be arrested and charged with a hate crime and then banned from ever coming to the community again. She did not build that community and she most definitely is not welcome there. If she hates white people so much that she feels the need to attack them on sight, she should live in a community of people like herself.

What do I do? I don't pull a gun.. I would call 911 and stay in the car.. Unless she attacked me physically.. I would never get out of my car and point a gun at her..Not for being called names. I only pull a gun if I am gonna have to use it.

I saw nothing in the video that warranted the gun being pulled. The black woman was just being a loud are hole.. The world is full of are holes but most gun owners won't draw down on them..That is irresponsible and unfit to hold a CC permit.

I agree and dont know why he should lose his job. If everyone always just told the truth. I think in both video's shown here there were problems. the 2 black women attacking the white women should be arrested for assault...
