I can attest to that. I ordered some washable ones because I can't get the regular blue/white kind anywhere yet. The packaging actually reads "Fashion Masks". I guess that's to make it clear they serve no function against viruses.

I've got a real live N95 mask. It has a check valve built into it so that when you breath in, the valve is closed, but when you exhale the valve is open....just like not wearing a mask. If the so-called reason was to prevent covid positive folks from spreading the disease, N95 masks don't help.

They have them back. I ordered from fleabay early on and it was cancelled as well, and yes Walmart was spotty early as well, everyone was spotty.

I shope online slot lately, for obvious reasons, do about 1/3 ebay, 1/3 walmart and amazon shares the the balance with whomever. Amazon is consistantly the highest cost but is convenient at times.

No issues with ebay here, but I stick with US sellers only.

 

Hmm.. so now you're not certain that wearing a mask is going to be effective. And you cannot put a value or even a guess at how effective they might actually be. Got it. You continue to spread the doctrine though. Wear the mask, it "helps" but oh, not entirely. but do it anyway. Cause we said so.

To be clear, I don't think you understand what droplets means, or the microscopic size of them. And frankly I see folks wearing basic fabric coverings that are entirely useless. So, as the CDC et al have said, you are NOT protected. You might be protecting others. but only if you are infected. That is the science. Why do you refuse to accept it? Oh, and for the purpose of conversation, how are you protecting folks who might come in contact through their eyes with said expectorants? If you can just as easily become infected because of direct contact with the eyes, who are you saving with a mask?

 

So why wear one at all?

 

Personally? None. I've been wearing a mask in public voluntarily, just like most people I observe. Texans prefer to be asked, not told. Stupid 20-30 years olds out congregating "around Memorial Day events" ruined it for everyone. Now everyone is grounded. LOL

 

I've heard this has been a huge boost for all of them. Some major retailers have even suspended their rebates because everyone has been SIP. I could see how that could get quite expensive on their side.

Yep, I only dealt with US sellers and buyers. I dislike (actually hate) that site because I, along with about 20 other sellers, reported someone posting what was clearly child p*rn and they did nothing to pull the ads. Some of the sellers gave up and went back to selling there. I would not use that site if they were giving away free stuff. Exploiting children is disgusting, IMO.

Your question was who said it was 100% effective. I have answered it, several times. To my knowledge no one. That still doesn't mean that government isn't offering this as a curative measure, and the ability to sue the states should you become infected isn't actually effected by a non probable standard. There is never a 100% guarantee. It's why you cannot sue the condom manufacturer. But, if government requires the use of them, which is the standard, and you still become infected, the state bares the responsibility of their requirement that then caused you the damages. You are marketing that you believe in their efficacy, but cannot produce even one reliability measure or assurance level, and yet, here you are still marketing it. Talk about an integrity issue....

 

I can't imagine how many peoples' computer have a broken Google function (or don't just generally keep up with news and current events regularly).

 

Have you heard of the side betting on first to get it parties? Kind of super creepy if you ask me, but some folks like the edge....
