    You will find many Posts made by me here where I say that Biden will win, but he will not last the full first term, and that his choice of running mate will be crucial. Joe will walk. He will not need to be pushed. He cannot win in 2024. The Dems will need to go into that with a settled POTUS, who will be Biden's running mate in Nov, 2020.

    A proposed amendment becomes part of the Constitution as soon as it is ratified by three-fourths of the States (38 of 50 States)

    Do you understand what it would take to "rewrite the Constitution"?

    I'll take Biden any day of the work, and.. anedocte....

    I'm almost 70, and once, I was about to introduce my girlfriend, whom I've known for 50 years, to another friend, and I momentarily couldn't remember her name, it took me about five seconds ( and she was going to kick me :) ) And just today,. I was trying to remember Gene Hackman's name, and I had to look it up, I think I've seen every movie he's made.

    **** like that happens to us seniors, but that doesn't mean I can't think clearly on issues. It doesn't mean I can't articulate my thoughts, as I'm doing here. Therefore, your point really has no merit.

    Ask any psyche, and he will tell you that that is not what 'senile' means, senile means dementia ( or something like that ) , that affects cognitive ability, but momentary forgetfulness is not dementia, that doesn't affect cognitive ability, ability to perform one's job, and so forth, ( I have a job, and it's not a problem ) so you need to understand and learn about your medical terms, otherwise, you are posting ignorance.
