    not yet. all that really happened was the Court said that the president has to comply with a state criminal grand jury request...but at this point doesn’t have to turn anything over because he has other arguments he can make, and the DA also has not shown that this isn’t more then a fishing expedition. so it’s been sent back to the lower courts and basically starts all over

    I am just glad that every Supreme Court justice rejected the notion that the President is absolutely immune to criminal and civil investigations while in office.

    Obviously, my preference is that the orange *********ker be in chains right now, but I'll settle for the republic not being severely crippled by the Supreme Court endorsing that bit of legal fallacy.

    Been on a grand jury twice. Here all of the proceedings must stay secret for one year after the grand jury is dismissed. If you talk about any of it and it gets traced back to you call a good lawyer and pony up the big money for your defense. I imagine if anyone in a DA's office leaked or "misplaced" documents they're heading for a world of legal hurt and disbarment, or loss of job and legal hurt if they're not lawyers.

    Grand jury proceedings are secret, designed to protect the innocent.

    obama biden and nancy promised me 2500 dollars off my insurance....instead they harassed a group of nuns, raised my rates and taxes...not to mention i lost my doctor.

    You want thoughts? Here are my thoughts...both parties are destroying the USA in favor of their corporate masters.

    From a year ago...
    Pelosi backed this yoyo and it turns out Neal's hesitancy is due to his not disclosing his own taxes and Pelosi is actually helping Trump because it allows her and others to hide their own corruption.
