    Trump is certainly not gonna accept an election defeat. He has been building up his rigged election claim for four years.
    If he loses by a landslide he, for sure, will claim the election rigged. He'll tell ye such a landslide cannot possibly be true.
    But in any other case he will reject his election loss, claiming it rigged.

    When? The House is trying to, but Trump sued them. Looks like the SC turned down Trump's argument that he's immune from this kind of Congressional subpoena, so now it is going back to lower courts.

    Looks like in both the case of Congress and NY, the SC ruled that they can subpoena, rejecting Trump's argument that he's immune to such subpoenas, then sent it to lower courts for resolution.
