I think you are a bit off on the main argument - it is not so much "Education" as in the school system - but enculturalization. How someone is socialized by their parents has a role.

 

Perhaps it would serve to decrease their world power status to a measurable degree.

Yet we have decent IQ blacks in America. But IQ is related to success in first world nations. That may explain why the civil rights act allowed many blacks to become middle class and why some still escape from the hood and become successful. And why so many Ashkenazi Jews win prizes in physics.

 

To make a genetic argument for the source of IQ differences between geographically or racially distinct populations, you would need statistical data on population gene frequencies showing that genes associated with IQ differences within populations also differ in frequency between populations, and/or vice versa. Now, maybe such data exist, but I haven't seen them.

 

Yes. The difference in IQ within black population is much more varied than averages between various groups like black ,Hispanic ,white, Asian...

 

It called "The Bell Curve" also demonstrated that Asians have the highest IQ. which got me to thinking.. why are they the World leaders in inventions and innovations? The Culture is also much older than much of the West, and them it struck me, the Judeo-Christian Ethic.. it is far superior to any other culture in the world and the freedoms and moral code inherent therein allow the best means for the advancement of all people. I've known some pretty dumb people who just follow the rules of Western culture and thrive and live a good standard of living..

What you have is a culture (african american 'culture') that enables the worst of those who are predisposed towards poor behavior/poor performance - which compounds the problem.

In other words - everyone else does great in the West (per capita on relative basis this is indisputable if you believe in the concept of GDP whereby the vast majority of Americans are in the top 2%+ of global income internationally). Think of those po' broke southeast asian's 2nd/3rd generation immigrants here now vs. the Somalis in Minneapolis . I.e. we do have a problem - we have a culture problem, and we have a genetic problem which is heightened by said culture problem.

Deal with it. Or don't address it and let it cause a decay in the best civs (the West)

The population of sub-Saharan Africa is just over 1 billion people so you are erroneously alleging that 333 million of them have AIDS which would be the equivalent of the entire population of America.

Provide CREDIBLE evidence to support your bizarre allegation that 1 in 3 people living in sub-Saharan Africa have AIDS,

 

IQ tests are inherently biased. Most states do not allow them in schools for that reason.

I have a former student who literally grew up in a home with dirt floors who finishes his Masters in IT in December in the US and is being recruited by two heavyweights in political econ you'd recognize if you are what you claim to do a PhD with them at either Harvard or U of Chicago.
Opportunity is the key for Africans and biased, preconceived attitudes only perpetuate the challenges.
