    Yup.

De Blasio: We’re banning all “large gatherings” — except maybe Black Lives Matter protests

Blizter: Hey, anyone for tennis? Wouldn’t that be nice?

Didn’t a federal court just slap down Bill de Blasio and Andrew Cuomo for this kind of viewpoint-determined enforcement?

Con Law 101; you cannot discriminate by viewpoint over access to public protests. He may be dumber than both Cuomo Bros.

And they strongly support our right to agree with them, and willingly serve up our Freedom and Liberty to them.

I don't think that was me, but I remember seeing it. Photoshopped pics are the easiest way to mislead the gullible. :)

I really have to look for those photos then. I didn't think to check if they were photoshopped and it wasn't obvious at first look so if they were it was a pretty good job. There is a program I use occasionally that scans the pixels in a photo to see if it was digitally altered - once I find those pictures I could see if they were.

The point I was making though is that no one likes being told what to do, especially when others are freely able to do what they want - and in the case of large group meetings where everyone but BLM protestors are prohibited that's gonna make people look for loopholes. If a smart-@$$ like me could easily think of a way around de Bozo's idea, of course someone else will too and it's gonna happen.

I agree. At least those wanting to gather can just wear BLM T-shirts to circumvent the law!
