The precise timeline of the leaks and stolen emails is right here. Try reading it slowly.
    And yes, "RUSKIES!!"

Aug. 12, 2016. Guccifer 2.0 releases more information purportedly stolen from the DCCC. The hacker thanks Stone on Twitter for his defense.

Aug. 14, 2016. Stone and Guccifer 2.0 begin having a conversation over Twitter direct messages.

Aug. 15, 2016. The hackers allegedly receive a request from a candidate for Congress through the Guccifer 2.0 identity. They provide information about the candidate’s opponent that was stolen from the DNC. Information stolen from the DCCC about races in Florida and Pennsylvania are released over the next several days.

You cannot be more wrong in your opinion about the patriot, the military veteran, the servant of the people but I understand that those of you who support and believe Trump's lies have to spout inane stupidities and untruths for your cult leader.

"Process crimes" nice attempt to downplay breaking the law.

And no, it's not even close to Banana Republic stuff. Trump is a corrupt POS surrounded by corrupt sycophants. And considering how corrupt Washington was, to stand out as they do is something special.

not sure if referring to the President of the USA as a 'POS' is wise, if he and Washington are so corrupt they may not take kindly to this insult.

That isn't the point. In Trump's case, it was his friend that lied to FBI to protect Trump, and then he rewards him, as a friend who helped him, and commuted his sentence.

the point is corruption, NOT who he pardoned or whose sentence his commuted.

    Wrong about my opinion?

My comment was based on information that was obtained through FOIA requests.

Dirty Bob is an unethical fake, phony and liar. His Congressional Testimony revealed that he had only a vague awareness of the inquiry that bore his name. Now he is revealing that he is plumbing Bidenesque levels of incoherence that impresses only the Lying Fake News Clowns and their Amen Choir.

Take the thoroughly corrupt top Mueller deputy Andrew Weissmann. After the clemency was announced, Weissmann took to Twitter to assert,
Well, no, but the Fifth Amendment can.

    https://www.nationalreview.com/2020...nment-sparking-howls-from-amnesiac-democrats/

Trump didn't pardon Stone, and Stone is appealing his conviction. Crooked Weissmann and Dirty Bob know enough about the appellate process to also know that the convictions are not final as a matter of law, therefore, their lying pontificating aside, Stone maintains his Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and cannot be forced to testify in the grand jury. He may get his convictions reversed and he’s certainly entitled to try. You should be embarrassed to even reference Dirty Bob as a source.

Dirty Bob picked Corrupt Weissmann — an overt Biden surrogate these days — a terrible choice for a special-counsel probe that should have been rigorously non-partisan. They also picked Dirty Peter Stzrok and the slut, Lisa Page, both so far from non-partisan that they finally could no longer justify not firing them. They scorched earth investigated Trump for three years. They could have immunized Stone if they believed Stone was withholding vital incriminating evidence against Trump — and then he could have prosecuted Stone for contempt if Stone resisted, but, they knew they were conducting a farce and didn't even bother.

It shows that just because you know a politician with authority, breaking the law has consequences. This is the most fundamental principle of our justice system and Trump "the president of law and order" has unilaterally undermined the rule of law. Stone got off because he knew Trump, not because he's some non-violent criminal.

You think if he didn't personally know Trump he would have received the same treatment?

President Trump did not pardon, but rather a commuted. Stone is still appealing his conviction and as his conviction is not settled law, remains entitled to our legal presumption of innocence.

Unlike the long train above, there were serious problems with the Stone Case.

Mueller breaks his silence to defend Russia investigation and Stone prosecution
Muller spent $50 million of our money and got zilch; of course he has to defend that effort.

Translation... Mueller is trying to defend his two bites at the apple approach to justify his immense failure as a bureaucrat. His work is being undone, and his ego won't tolerate it. Screw Mueller. Let him fade into the obscurity he so richly deserves.

I think I finally get it. Democrats cannot be bothered to prosecute real crime.. you know... like assault, robbery, murder in the blue cities. They are actively getting rid of stuff like bail, and jail for that matter...

But take on the power of the leftists, publicize their corruption and their abuse of their power? That gets you sent right off to the Gulag... This is what the peoples republic of "merika' is all about.

Robert Mueller, unlike the ill-fated Trump, will retire with an unblemished reputation of serving this country during wartime and earning a Purple Heart for that service to the country. His legacy will be one of a man with honor, integrity and dedication to the service of this country.

Trump will be reviled, scorned and remembered forever in a very dedicated spot in US history as the worst human being to ever serve as the head of a nation of any country on the globe.

No, he will not. Not only will Trump end up on the garbage heap of history and forever remembered for the ways he failed his duties as president, so will all of you people that have defended, excused and supported this vile human being.

LOL... Unblemished? He put Martha Stewart in jail because she lied about not having done anything illegal which she didn't. He failed to ever prosecute the person sending anthrax through the mail. He's an utter failure, and frankly folks like you think that was just peachy. He has no honor, he has a legacy of failure, and destroying the lives of folks who couldn't overcome his bullying. What a prototypical hero for the left.

Yeah right, then Bill Clinton was innocent because it was a process crime he was impeached on.
