When i read comments like this I don't know where to begin.

 

The post I responded to was literally criticizing him for advocating the transitioning of socialist governments to capitalism. Being a capitalist and anti-socialist myself, I don't see the problem there. But if you have some sort of defense of socialism that you'd like to share, I'm sure we can talk about it.

You know very well it's not foreign agitators. It's the same Soros financed NGO agitators that have been causing chaos in foreign nations for years. If it wasn't so, Soros wouldn't have been banned by so many nations.

Ukraine is not a Marxist nation, it's a nation owned and controlled by Western leaning criminal oligarchs, because it's the way our government wants it.

The legitimately elected President Yanukovich was kicked out when he turned away from the EU, because he didn't want to burden the people with the austerity of the IMF loans. In the meantime, the propaganda networks were hard at work convincing the people that joining the EU would be beneficial. ,

Not one penny of the loans to Ukraine went to relieve the people of their hardships, instead the money was pocketed by criminal oligarchs like Poroshenko and Yatsenuk. The US turned a blind eye to the criminality the same way as they did in Russia during the Yeltsin years.

I think the intention in Ukraine, was to force the people to sell their lands to the International agri-corporations at a low price. Otherwise why would Poroshenko use the draftees as cannon fodder by giving them only 2 weeks training, unless the intent was to kill them off so there wouldn't be anyone to work the farms?

 

George Soros, a man who has made billions off of capitalism is supported by anti capitalists.

We live in interesting times.

 

What's not interesting is this sad obsession with Soros among today's right fringe conspiracy theorists. I see simple minds in search of villains for simple and baseless narratives about current events. No matter what's going on, these very stable geniuses are constantly bashing out social media posts from their basement bunkers accusing George Soros, among others (usually Jews) of funding and masterminding it all in order to kill white Christians, destroy white Christian society, and so on. These people can't cope with the real world with its billions of human beings, who are all individuals, are of many different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, and have their own ideas about politics and other things, and the immense complexity that arises out of this dynamic.

I wonder who, in their mind, financed and masterminded the American Revolution, the French Revolution or the Peasants' Revolt? No need to ask about the Russian Revolution, of course, as we all know they blame Jews for that one.

 

Autocrats don't like NGOs promoting democracy in their regimes, of course.

 

It's dangling a giant distraction.

Provide them with super-progressive social change, which is easier to provide and doesn't carry any cost to them.
Use continual radical social change as a substitute for economic change.

The whole Left has been hijacked, and most of the little peons on the ground are too stupid to see it.

 

There is no place so intolerant as the bastions of supposed tolerance.

You being anti socialist doesn't mean other people are. Also elementary is the principle of non interference in the internal affairs of other countries. If you don't want foreign interference in your country then you shouldn't be ok with US meddling abroad. The concept of hypocrisy should not have to be explained.

 

By that logic, you'd have to be against Doctors Without Borders. I actually rather like those guys and regularly donate.

 

They operate without violating a country's sovereignty. Are they organizing coups, subverting elections or imposing neoliberal reforms?
