    How I see it, from remembering the full video of the incident, a kid with a red hat is standing there, dealing with black guys calling him and his group hateful racist names, and then a man with a drum approaches the kid and beats the drum in his face. One of the kids start to antagonize the aggressors and the kid in the red hat shuts that kid down.

    I'm not sure what the proper facial response would be for someone put under that type of stress.....but whether a scowl or a smile, it would be easy to find and take a snapshot of a "creepy" expression on anyone's face as they dealt with it. Sometimes it helps to understand the real story instead of assumptions from one snapshot.

    He has 6 more lawsuits pending and I hope he gets every penny. He may also sue Jack Dorsey and Twitter. The “creepy” people are those who defamed that 16 year old mercilessly. Can’t wait for the Times to capitulate.

    Good, if i were this kid i'd be so damn angry at the media and the left for the relentless smearing and death threats i had to endure. I'd have publicly donated a cool million to the trump campaign out of pure spite. Hopefully he has enough left over from all these suits to start his own business, because this controversy is def something that will follow him for years. Good luck getting a job with the reputation you've been left with after that. Perhaps he could go into making hats

    We'll likely never know what he gets or doesn't get, but how sad that his life is reduced to this pathetic pettiness; very creepy. :( He may sue everybody's mom! :eek: Who knows - creepiness abounds. We'll likely never know.

    And, I personally find such a mischaracterization of my political views to be insulting.

    Anyway, Sandmann (through his noteriety) has become a "Public Figure".
