    ~ It is an unusual virus that does not seem contagious to children. It often does not cause symptoms - or only very mild symptoms. It also is susceptible to prevention by certain medication. Some also believe this virus was altered to infect humans. We may never know for certain.

    He does not mind that at all. This is the same guy that has always felt abundantly free never to prove a word he says. There may be a witticism or some coyness coming but no link. The sun rises and sets with almost the same consistency.

    It seems more likely to me that they went in with lingering and chronic health problems, which is why covid affected them as much as it did. Covid attacks the body's weaknesses, which is why the young and healthy fare so much better.

    3 out of 4 with heart damage? This number seems preposterous to me, especially when we think of asymptomatic cases. And think of it: given a general sense that we may be missing 10 times more cases than diagnosed cases, by now we'd have 47 million Americans who have caught it so far. So is it credible that we have 35.25 million people now with new heart damage??? Damn, if this is the case I need to go into Cardiology!!!

    Nah, this number seems horribly inflated, and I'd suspect this kind of fear mongering. I think it is more credible to believe that 0.65% of people die (best estimate so far) and maybe another 5% come out of it with significant organ damage, maybe a bit more than that, so we shouldn't underestimate the seriousness of this illness, but 75% with heart damage seems to me to be a hugely unsubstantiated and inflated claim, likely with no factual bases at all.

    There were reports that covid19 didn't have as much defense against UV rays in sunlight as other, naturally occurring corona virus, leading some to speculate that covid19 didn't evolve in nature, but in a lab.

    Wonder how much truth there is to that...

    None. Have you not noticed the figures around the world showing that summer has had no effect. In fact Covid19 is spreading more successfully in sunlight than other Covid viruses.

    Propaganda works.

    Esp. when people are paid to spread it.

    In the worst flu seasons, the flu doesn't top 50K. It can be as low as 3K.

    So this year Corona will kill somewhere between 4 times as many to maybe 80 times as many.

    So lets take easy way out and split the difference, roughly 38 times as many as a typical flu season.

    While both are a virus, and have things in common, this is ravaging the country and the economy. Which the flu hasn't done in over a hundred years.

    And the best part, we could have avoided most of this, including the Depression that is coming.
