But the problem is that people believe there is "systemic" racism where there is none. There are individual racists. Government, media and society can't fix that. It is a personal position. In other words there isn't anything we can do about racism because it isn't systemic. It is about people, not systems. We can only wait until time heals it.

 

Systematic means organized and structured. Who is doing the organizing? Who are the people involved in this criminal conspiracy? If it’s systematic, there must be evidence of the existence of a group of people whose goals are to discriminate and oppress. Any ledgers, rosters, yearbooks, anything to prove this vast right wing conspiracy?

 

This post uses “systematic,” which is different than systemic. Both terms are used by leftists. Systemic means on the whole, as opposed to only a part of something. Either term is a inaccurate to describe any institution in the US, especially police departments.

Actually, there is systemic racism. American institutions were developed by White people for White people and are staffed by White people who have the following White characteristics:

- self reliance, independence and autonomy
- objective rational and linear thinking
- hard work
- respect for authority
- delayed gratification
- punctuality

In order to eliminate systemic racism we must reimagine present institutions so that they do not rely on these characteristics.
