Stay in your lane Bro, there is nothing in your post that's remotely true. Tariff war screwing farmers, lol good grief tell us when the huge commodity price drop happened again....I'll help you 2013-2014 and since then it's never recovered and remained basically price flat. China targeted the US AG market and Obama let them get away with, these tariffs are designed to punish that constant targeting and farmers were given the proceeds lost. Carry on though.

Yawn I don't give a crap what your MSM tells you. Fact Prices high in 2012, Fact Prices dropped like a rock in 2014, and Fact they've remained flat every year since then. Trump passed on 24 billion in tariffs to farmers the last two years something Obama never considered or had the balls to do. This is my industry and I'm not relying on MSM lefty propaganda. Now if China actually buys what they agreed upon prices will rise, if they don't the tariffs will continue to offset the difference. There are no easy answers for farmers since 2014 but finally someone is at least trying and why the overwhelming number of farmers support Trump and why the MSM puts out BS propaganda to help erode that support.

It's funny how the Swedish government treats citizens like adults. The US government treats citizens like children.

Effective herd immunity is already here in places, and developing elsewhere as more people become infected with a very transmissible virus that kills very damn few of its victims.

The US government acts as though its citizens are unable to perceive that they've been fooled and that their treasury has been plundered. That is a safe assumption for many, but not all.

More and more people on the street are talking about how this is a scam.

My cousins in Argentina and Uruguay earned themselfs a golden nose because of the China tariffs, soya and beef. Argentina got itself a special trade agreement with China, for its arg-products. One of my tribe is in processing soya, mills, they buy the underprised soya in the USA, ship it to Argentina, mill it and sell it to the Chinese, with a rather nice profit. It keeps the mills busy in the winter, on top of it, because China buys every year the South American market empty.
I did not now that Bunker Boy meant s-America, with MAGA.

Being a free and independent thinker means one understands the meaning of Infection Fatality Rate.

Being such a person demands that for a virus with an IFR of .65, that virus is not a deadly global threat. The virus is very real and very transmissible, but it is not a deadly global threat. Unless, of course, one believes every word coming out of the talking heads on one's TV.

With all the cooked books over the last 6 months, the IFR is likely much lower than .65

Why have the number of deaths been well above average since March? Lots of extra people falling off cliffs since March?

Time for the Weekly Update to my State Rankings Project. Note the date because I track from Sunday to Sunday, so this report comes from 08/02. You can find last week's post here: http://politicalforum.com/index.php...-in-the-world.569531/page-463#post-1071904356

I made no changes to the type of data provided. First up are the data with the States ranked according to their Mortality rate. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE WALL OF TEXT.

    upload_2020-8-3_8-39-7.png

    upload_2020-8-3_8-39-50.png

    upload_2020-8-3_8-41-24.png

    upload_2020-8-3_8-42-25.png

    upload_2020-8-3_8-43-10.png

In terms of MORTALITY, Connecticut has claimed the top spot for eight weeks in a row. When it took over the top spot, it's mortality rate was 9.259% and this week, two months later, the mortality rate has dropped fairly significantly to 8.898%. The only other minor changes to the top 10 is that Michigan and Massachusetts switched spots and the same has happened for Arizona and the District of Columbia. On the opposite end, Utah finally lost its spot as the lowest mortality rating in the US which it had held for two solid months with Alaska taking over.
Interesting Note: Arizona, for the 2nd week in a row, is the only State from the top 10 to see its mortality rating increase.

CASES (PC) DIFF RANKINGS show that Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and Nevada are the top five States in terms of seeing their Cases, per capita, grow the most. The range being 2,970.75 to 2,426.50. The five slowest States are Connecticut, New York, New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. The range being 289.39 to 41.53.
Interesting Note: Florida retains the top spot, for the third week in a row, and Arizona (#8 ) has finally dropped from the top five. Nevada, after dropping from the top five last week, has returned along with Alabama.. The bottom five has finally shown a difference after a solid month of consistency with NEW YORK and CONNECTICUT seeing fewer new cases per capita than States like Hawaii or Montana.

CASES (PC) GROWTH RANKINGS show that Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, Missouri, and Oklahoma are the top five States in terms of seeing their Cases grow, as a percentage, the most. The range being 35.62% to 22.18%. On the opposite end are Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Jersey, and New York. The range being 2.44% to 1.11%.
Interesting Note: Alaska, for the third week, along with Missouri and Oklahoma are the repeats from the top five, and the bottom five has slightly changed after five weeks in a row with Vermont replacing Rhode Island.

DEATHS (PC) DIFF RANKINGS show that Arizona, Mississippi, Texas, Florida, and South Carolina are the top five States in terms of seeing their Deaths, per capita, grow the most. The range being 151.62 to 56.26. On the opposite end are New York, Maine, Wyoming, Vermont, and Hawaii. The range being 3.29 to 0.00. (Hawaii had zero new deaths).
Interesting Note: Vermont, was able to keep anyone from dying to Covid-19 for five weeks and that finally changed this past week. On the other hand, Arizona had a fourth real rough week in a row given that it's 151 deaths per capita growth was roughly 82 more than Mississippi, who took 2nd. Texas and Florida being in the top five of this category is a really awful sign given the size of their populations (28.7 million and 21.3 million respectively) because that means nearly 3,000 Americans were recorded dead in those two States alone over the past week. I need to phrase it as "were recorded dead" because Texas' count also includes a huge single day spike because they altered their method of counting deaths and that added ~700 in a single day.

DEATHS (PC) GROWTH RANKINGS show that Texas, Idaho, Montana, Florida, and Alaska are the top five States in terms of seeing their Deaths, as a percentage, grow the most. The range being 35.71% to 20.00%. On the opposite end are Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jesey, New York, and Hawaii. The range being 0.50% to 0.00%.
Interesting Note: An interesting note on percentage growth here is that Vermont's one death was enough to place it 41st on this category with a percentile growth of 1.18% and Arizona, because it has had soo many bad weeks in a row, ranks 9th with a 13.9% deaths per capita growth.

MORTALITY DIFF RANKINGS show that Texas, Arizona, Idaho, South Carolina, and Florida are the top five States to see their Mortality go up the most. The range being 0.268% to 0.070%. On the opposite end are Indiana, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Hawaii, and Missouri. The range being -0.270% to -0.438%.
Interesting Note: This week, eight States saw their mortality increase after only seeing two weeks in a row of only six increasing. Texas, Arizona, Idaho, and South Carolina all repeat as top fivers. Montana, after a solid month in a row of increasing mortality rate, finally saw it drop by -0.084% this week.

TESTING (POSITIVE %) DIFF RANKINGS show that Minnesota, Puerto Rico, Alabama, Mississippi, and Idaho are the top five States in terms of seeing their Percentage of Positive Test increase the most. The range being 1.175% to 0.732%. On the opposite end are New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, District of Columbia and New Jersey. The range being -0.489% to -0.685%.
Interesting Note: New York deserves a tremendous amount of praise because it has now shown up in the bottom five for Cases Per Capita, Deaths Per Capita, and Testing Positive Percentage this week. This week, the number of States to see their positive testing percentage increase went to 30. After two weeks in a row of that number slightly dropping (from 30 to 29 to 28 ), it is back up to 30. Eight weeks ago, it was only 10. Minnesota showing up at the top of this list is due to the fact that they altered their reporting method to only count the number of people tested (as opposed to total tests) and that resulted in a nearly 200,000 drop for the test count.

TESTS PER 100K DIFF RANKINGS show that Alaska, District of Columbia, Louisiana, Tennessee, and New Mexico are the top five States to see their Tests Per 100K increase the most. The range being 4,861.06 to 2,551.84. On the opposite end are South Dakota, New Hampshire, Kansas, Puerto Rico, and Minnesota. The range being 796.71 to -1,764.98.
Interesting Note: Alaska has led this category for three weeks in a row, with their testing per 100K growing by over 14,000 in two weeks. Their testing positive percentage overall is 1.639%, which is well below the WHO recommended goal of 2%, although that number is an increase compared to last week unfortunately.

TESTS PER 100K GROWTH RANKINGS show that Alaska, District of Columbia, Montana, Ohio, and Michigan are the top five States to see their tests, as a percentage, increase. The range being 17.29% to 13.83%. On the opposite end are Utah, Kansas, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, and Minnesota. The range being 6.21% to -10.44%.
Interesting Note: Alaska continues to demonstrate its willingness to test and test alot because it is now the State who has tested the most, per capita.

Unfortunately, the country continues to go in the wrong direction in terms of testing positive percentage. Every State needs to test more.

The most obvious reason would be that the numbers have been cooked, likely for political reasons.

Last month 2 Orlando area facilities including a VA location misrepresented their test results by a factor of 10. When questioned by the media they quickly adjusted the original figures.

There is much anecdotal talk on the streets regarding nurses deliberately spoofing the system just to see what happens. 6 different incidents in which nasal swabs were dipped in water and turned in to the system and coming back positive.

The tests have been suspicious from the beginning. Somebody is making money.

The "most obvious reason" to you is a massive conspiracy involving tens of millions of people remaining silent about their common objective?

No, not tens of millions of people.

Well planned and executed conspiracies like this one require only several dozen at the most. The idiot MSM is always onboard, always happy to repeat falsehoods and propaganda.

The bolded: this written statement of yours is an absolute and verifiable lie. Herd immunity (which is not necessarily good the way we are going at it) first results when at least 80% of a population has developed anti-bodies against a virus, meaning that 80% has had it and survived. We are no where close to 80%, not even in the ballpark.

You have a right to your opinion, but not to your own "facts". And people should not lie. That statement of yours, bolded by me, is a brazen, uninformed lie and I will not allow it to stand unchallenged on this thread.

I am not calling you a liar. But the statement itself is, as already indicated, a plain old lie.

    Shame on you.

You have absolutely no idea what the actual death rate for this virus is, but I can tell you, it is many, many times more deadly than the flu ever was.

Not to mention the tens of millions, one day in the future, HUNDREDS of millions who will survive the disease but never again be truly healthy.

But then again, maybe that's this sickassed view of the world that the AynRandians have these days: let people die and be maimed, main thing is I get to praise myself as a free-thinking.

    Pretty ****ing perverse, nöööö.

Anecdotal talk is not evidence. Anecdotal talk is what nazis use to justify doing whatever they were planning to do, anyway. "Anecdotal talk" is what people write when they want to create a really cool experience in a hipster cafe lie, nothing less and nothing more.

Oh, and you just openly, on this thread, accused health workers who are putting their lives on the line of criminal activity. I am sure that were we talking face to face with each other about this, you would not have the courage to say such bullshit. You do know that in the real world people would sue your ass at least 3 feet under the ground for such libel/slander. Because that is exactly what it is.

Fake news. Keep pushing those grossly inflated "Soprano States" death counts. Not fooling anyone, but the repeated efforts have gotten more and more amusing as the truth of the "Pandemic That Never Was" emerges.

    Oh, and...

Did they ever make an actual test for this that isn't just a plain old common cold test? If not (eh, either way actually), then it's almost certainly gone already other than in the big blue union thug and shareblue/Soros SHILL cities and locales hoping to disrupt and enable election fraud. That's all this scam EVER was, that's all it EVER will be. FACT.

On the bright side, a huge portion of the population now knows unequivocally that the media is completely untrustworthy and that the "public servants" and "bureaucrat/experts" are just as corrupt as actual politicians and lobbyists themselves.

Talk about a -vaccine-. Just not against COVID, though, but against SHILLCRAFT in general. Sure, marks are gullible, but even they won't accept having the card palmed right in their face though. CCP apparently hasn't learned that yet, shame with all that alleged "inscrutable Asian subtlety."

How long will the Complex keep desperately cannibalizing its own political credibility that took decades of brainwashing, trillions of dollars to put in place? Then with just a few obvious hoaxes? Poof... all gone. ROFL. Do keep it up!

Imma just gonna leave this here:

    Eef_NfTXYAEGjXz.jpg

Each death was a real person, made of flesh and blood, with a name, with feelings, with desires, and with a story to tell.

It's more than just the numbers. It's this.
