Biden clarifies he has not taken cognitive test

Oh so now he admits he hasn't taken one. Recall a few weeks ago when asked he said he had been tested and there were follow ups afterwards for who gave it to him and let's see the results. And there was silence. Clarifies?

Now he gets asked directly again and

"No, I haven't taken a test. Why the hell would I take a test?"

Oh well why the hell did the left and MSM demand Trump take one which he did?

And this condescending jab at the reporter

"Come on, man. That's like saying you, before you got on this program, you take a test where you're taking cocaine or not. What do you think? Huh? Are you a junkie?" Biden said, becoming testy with the reporter who asked whether he had taken a cognitive test.

Ahhh earth to Joe people take drug test for employment ROUTINELY. I have to take one every year to my access badge for one particular customer.

Come on Joe when are you going to take one? If Trump had to take one why not you especially after you tried to claim you did and especially after the mental gaffe's you constantly display.

Well, that's been tried and rejected. Random testing is a fact of industrial life. I think we should test faculty in all our schools too. It's clear from what our kids are learning that there is something wrong. I had to blow in a breathalyzer too because pipelines fall under DOT.

 

The Constitution doesn't cover private businesses..They are allowed to do as such if you want to work or starve. I took another route, I started my own business to get away from corporate slavery.

 

Biden's statement was not particular to running for Congress but testing people for cocaine who are not admitted addicts or something. People are test ROUTINELY for drugs there is no "Come on man.....".

So he said he had been tested and now he admits he has not. When will he get tested and meet the demands the Democrats and left put on Trump?

 

Probably when he becomes president. When did Trump get tested for drugs to become president or during his presidency? To me the drug tests are an invasion of privacy, no entity has the right to dominate your body and what that person does to it. I am well aware of how they contorted the laws to make the breathalyzer and urine test legal but it is wrong since the leaders of our nation are not forced to do any of the test the rest of the nation has to to be able to make a living or to starve.

 

Why when he becomes President and not now so the voters can judge whether he has the cognitive ability? I didn't claim Trump was tested for drugs it is BIDEN who confuses cognitive testing with drug testing proving again he needs to take the cognitive testing and showing he is out of touch with the real world about the drug testing for employment that DOES go on.

 

Both people running for office are deficit in cognitive abilities...Why do those that are Trumpets wants to ignore it, why do those that are democrats ignore Biden? Because that is what those in power want...They have done a great job dividing the nation whilst they rob it blind....The majority can't see the forest because of the trees.

 

Trump claims that he took some sort of cognitive test and "aced it!" He has offered no corroboration whatever.

Was there a test, and did Joe Shapiro take it for him? We don't know.

That sounds entirely reasonable. Trust the judgment of the American people rather than an alleged test and alleged result from an unreliable source.

No one has demanded Trump take the test. Trump offered that he had taken one “recently”.

The dust up was on why he had taken a test. Those tests aren’t just administered for no reason. Either he had a episode that gave the MD concern or it was a historical concern:
his father had Alzheimer’s.

What’s “recent”? Was the test administered on the run to the hospital recently or in 2018?

The entire foray into this area is simply bizarre.

 

It's only wrong when "their" team does it. Yawns-ville.

I'd counter, though, that partisans are ultimately the suckers who fall for the dividing nation BS. They could say, "Hey, baking a cake is a good topic to discuss, but, we are UNITED against your incompetence and corruption. Fix that, and then we can start arguing about this other stuff."

Partisans can't do that, though.

Both these candidates are completely incompetent. Any poo that one team can fling, the other can fling right back.

 

What's more telling is why Biden would ask a black journalist if he is a junkie. Sounds kind of like racist profiling thinking a black man would need to be tested for cocaine. That's very specific. Why would he be talking about drug tests when he was being asked about cognitive tests? I have never seen a more blatant racist get such a big pass from the most easily offended people in history.

 

Oh the MSM and leftist were challenging his mental abilities and why he took the test. There was the Michael Wolff expose the MSM jumped all over and then the talk of invoking the 25th Amendment on claims he was not mentally competent enough to hold the position.

Biden lied about taking one and then made the inane comment about workplace drug test. Come on Joe take the test.

 

More reason to test his cognitive abilities and why he claimed people don't get drug test in the workplace, is he that far removed from reality?

 

Can you imagine the outrage storm if Trump had asked a reporter of color if he was a 'junkie'?

 

The doctor corroborated. Biden says he took it and tried to dismiss any further questions about it. Now he admits that was a lie and then confused drug testing with cognitive testing, even more reason he should also take a test as Trump already has.

 

I like it. All candidates must pass a cognitive test. I'd also like them to pass a constitution test as well. It's hard to take an oath to not violate the constitution if you don't know what's in it. I think there should be several tests to make one qualified to be an office holder. Unfortunately, the constitution only requires two things of a president, and both of those are accidents of birth.

 

I would like to see Trump take a literacy test and find out what level he can actually read at. I'm thinking maybe 6th grade.

 

Meh. I dont think tests are something we want to be prerequisiting. Bad precedent. If America wants to elect a senile septagenerian, well, if you don't have the right to choose wrong, you don't have the right to choose at all.

 

Agreed. We have the government we deserve and ask for. We only need to require better to get better. We just won't.

 

OK they can both take one after Biden ponies up and takes the cognitive test he lied about taking already. How about we give them a contract to build a huge building and see which one can read it and understand it.

Every time he makes a racist gaffe, he flashes those pearly whites and laughs. Then he can defend the comment later a "just joking". C'mon Man!

 

He may not remember taking the test or saying that he already took the test if he truly has some kind of cognitive disconnect.

Beyond that, I can understand why his comments to the reporter were inappropriate. His handlers have their work cut out for them.
