His hypocrisy and outward racism is demeaning, even to Fox News.

I honestly have no idea how people watch human garbage like Tucker Carlson. He has no idea how the man died (other than the completely unrelated act of a cop's knee on his neck for 9 minutes). Geez.

Tucker didn't claim to know how Floyd died. All he pointed out was that the released video was edited to make Floyd look less guilty and the cop look more guilty. How many people died because the DA DA wanted to judge a case by the color of the participants?

    Carry on.

Nothing was edited. Part of the video was not previously released.

Nothing that occurred before the original video clip could make the cops less guilty. Regardless of what Floyd did, regardless of what drugs Floyd may have been on, if the cop had probable cause to believe Floyd committed a crime, he (the cop) had a duty to arrest him and bring him to the station for processing. After processing, Floyd would pass from law enforcement to the legal system. The cop had NO right to impose punishment. That is the province of the prosecutor as part of a plea or the jury after a trial.

The cop spent nine minutes with his knee on Floyd's neck while other cops watched. They all knew they were being recorded. They didn't care because they believed they were above the law and no adverse consequences would follow their actions. They were wrong, and I would bet they will all spend the majority of the rest of their lives in prison.

You may be right, but unlike you, I don't know what the cops were thinking. The fact that he was saying I can't breathe in the back seat of the police car before getting out and having 3 times the potentially lethal amount of fentanyl in his system can provide reasonable doubt for some people. The knee was overkill, a stupid thing to do and is definitely an abuse of power and a breach of protocol, but did he restrict his airway or did the fentanyl actually kill him?

Tucker thinks that Floyd saying he couldn't breathe may help the cop, but it actually hurts him. Knowing Floyd was having problems breathing would impose a duty to get medical care as soon as Floyd was in custody. Instead, the cop put his knee on Floyd's neck for nine minutes. The knee was not "overkill" it was murder which is why the cop and his fellow officers will spend most of the rest of their lives in prison.

And it was obvious the cops thought they would incur no consequences or they would have changed their conduct. No mind reading necessary.

Did the knee kill him or did the fentanyl?

Unless I am wrong, the medical examiner has already declared the death a homicide. Even if the fentanyl actually caused the death, the cop knew Floyd was having trouble breathing and instead of getting him medical care, he put his knee on Floyd's neck for over nine minutes. A cop has a duty to protect and serve all members of the public even those in custody for suspicion of a crime.

The cops are all going to spend the majority of their lives in prison.

What does it take to acknowledge Tucker Carlson as a complete a$$hole?

    Political bias.

Tucker is, at worst, an occasional a$$hole. I can recall one single bit he did, on CHAZ, that was rife with the typical fox news BS doom music and disingenuous demonizing cherry-picked cut scenes.

Everything of his I've see of his has been spot-on analysis of the globalist authoritarianism taking root in our nation.

Be sure to check out the comment sections of these two articles. I haven't formed a firm opinion on this yet; I'm just trying to be objective and not be blinded by emotion.

Regarding suffocation, the county medical examiner’s report found “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation.”[3] Pressure applied to the side of the neck, as in this case, and not to the throat, has little or no effect on breathing. One can easily verify this oneself.[4]

Newsweek is trying to keep the narrative going by only showing 20 seconds of the clip

Nice try but not gonna work.

The idiots that run these media outlets don’t seem to get the internet.

Here's the full video. Tucker doesn't let us hear the whole thing in his video.

EXCLUSIVE - FULL VIDEO: Leaked police bodycam footage shows George Floyd's arrest for the first time

    I missed the edit window.

Check out the comment section of the video.

Nobody forget that the prosecutor had this footage when he brought the murder charges knowing full well that the officers' eventual acquittal will cause another round of riots, deaths, and destruction. Pure evil.
