It is in Mary Trump's book that Donald sued to try and keep quiet.

But let's have fun and assume that you actually saw proof that even you couldn't deny was real.

How would you justify and defend trump?

He would still say fake news.
I really do believe some trump supporters would make a excuse for trump if he shot one of their loved ones on 5th Avenue
And struth is exactly the person who would make the excuse..

I see that you dodged - presumably because you know that you are cornered - so I will ask again just to give you another chance. If you saw proof that Trump absolutely and irrefutably cheated on his entrance exams, how would you defend and dismiss that behavior?

But since you want to try and distract by talking about something else, I am bar certified in two states and I assume you ask that question because you think I care about proving the claim based on some standard that you set or a standard that I would need to meet in a court proceeding which, by the way, would be a mere preponderance of the evidence (i.e. slightly more likely than not) for any civil court proceeding.

Mary Trump, who is reputable and has a verifiable relationship to Trump, and has numerous details about the life of Trump testifying in court, under oath, while Trump - who has lied multiple times during court proceedings and is a certifiable ****ing moron? Yea. I am perfectly comfortable with saying that standard of proof would be met.

i believe it was she that sued first and lost. Then years later after he became President wrote a book and many family members sued

a lawyer would have caught that

You need to go to a better bar. Preferably one that also serves alcohol.

This thread is about to die out, will enjoy your next silly thread.

I'll leave with yesterday's news on the two candidates-

    Trump

Washington, Aug 14 (IANS) In a major breakthrough for peace in the Middle East, US President Donald Trump has brokered a historic agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates for full normalisation of relations between the two countries.

    Biden

"I get Biden + Harris not taking questions on the day of their debut, but today they also left without taking questions. When will they? Voters deserve answers to questions," CBS News reporter Kathryn Watson tweeted.

"Now it’s time for @JoeBiden and @KamalaHarris to take questions from reporters. They declined," NBC News correspondent Kelly O'Donnell wrote.

"To be expected for the roll-out. But this is not a show of confidence on day two," New York Times political correspondent Jonathan Martin reacted. "The seriousness of the topic and the times -- to say nothing of Biden's own criticism of Trump’s contempt for a free press -- makes accountability all the more essential."

This thread - about Trump forgetting the year of World War II and the 1918 pandemic in a single sentence - will live on.

But if you want to focus on the news of yesterday, how about we discuss the fact that Trump explicitly said he opposes increased funding for the USPS and all increased funding that increase access to voting during a pandemic and that voters will just need to vote in person, even if they don't feel safe, because "they're going to have to feel safe."
