    I claimed the report was lying, not you.

    And I am pretty sure a 7 year veteran of the Highway patrol knows the difference between using his turn signals in both directions vs hazards.

    Yes it was. Both in the article and the cop's report.

    The cop's own report doesn't state any attempt to speed away. Seems that would be something you would include in a report.

    This statement was conjecture on my part. An opinion. There are some context clues like "probably" that should have given most English speaking readers a clue.
    Yes, another opinion. My goodness, is that not allowed here? LOL.

    Most felons aren't caught during their first criminal act.

    Maybe you should be more specific, especially when you accuse me of lying in earlier posts.

    Using turn signals in both directions is how you describe hazard lights.

    Thanks. I did see your post and the link you supplied went into a bit more detail regarding the situation. I think the fact they changed the trooper so quickly indicates that there is a case for misconduct. It will probably come down to the dash-cam and body-cam video if any exist.

    Not how ANY law enforcement officer would describe using flashers. You are just making this up.

    Any trained law enforcement officer is trained to be specific in their reports for court. He stated he was using his turn signals in both directions meaning he was indicating turning left and right back and forth. If he had on his Hazards, he would have stated it.

    Well, the victim had his hands in plain sight on the steering wheel which the officer acknowledged, he was run into a ditch which is not in dispute, and the officer shot him for revving the engine as if there was anyway he was going to escape.

    The GBI arrested and charged him and he has already been fired. Yet the bootlickers here are going crazy defending him.
