    1. China is the hub of globalization. Dems are enabled by globalist elites and multinational corporations. They don't care what ChiComms have been doing and how much damage they have done to America. They don't like America. They resent the Star-Spangled Banner. They love China better, because that's where they make big money. Have you seen any Dems critisizing China of the virus and of all the stealing, infiltration and espionage? Instead, they acccuse Trump of colluding with Russia, while they are overtly colluding with ChiComms.

    2. They fancy that ChiComms would help them with global issues like climate change. This gives ChiComms a leverage because ChiComms takes advantage of anything to sabotage western democracy and secure their hegemony.

So there are two steps in front of us.
First, we have to protect America and make sure America exists.
Second, we need to make America a better place.

If Trump wins, we will still have America and we can try to make it a better country. But if Biden wins, America will be lost. There won't be any chance for so-called social justice, racial justice or whatever you hope to achieve, any more. It's your call.

Why do you think the US has been sued the most in WTO dispute system? Might it be the case that US politicians aren't really pro-trade liberalisation? They're instead, like the EU, neoliberal exploiters of North-South power divides?

    Or.................maybe you completely misrepresented Biden's position.............perhaps intentionally.

"President Trump is “going after China the wrong way” in a go-it-alone trade war that has damaged U.S. agriculture and manufacturing, said Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic nominee for president, in an interview to be aired on Thursday. Asked if he would keep the U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports, Biden replied, “No. Hey, look, who said Trump’s idea is a good one?”

“Manufacturing has gone in recession. Agriculture lost billions of dollars that taxpayers had to pay,” said Biden. “We’re going after China in the wrong way.” Biden said China would reform its trade policies if there were a broad international coalition calling for it to follow world trade rules."
    https://www.agriculture.com/news/business/biden-says-he-would-remove-tariffs-on-china

You can disagree with Biden's approach. You just can't spew nonsense talking points about "Chicoms" and "global elites" without looking ridiculous.

Tariffs are taxes paid by American companies, and ultimately, us. They shouldn't have been used in the first place.

Anything that protects America from unfair trade, IP theft, infiltration and espionage done by ChiComms is either useless or unnecessary, right?

Tariffs increase the cost of imported goods. That's all they do. They're taxes. Your post makes no sense.

Disagree on one point only- China is the hub of globalism.

    Globalization
is a natural and innevitable process resulting from technological and economical innovation.

Globalism is a movement to artificially accelerate and guide the process for political purposes.

The rest of what you said is spot on.

The Chinese tariffs are a tax on Americans.
Removing them would put more disposable income in Americans pockets.
Therefore, the opposite of your premise is the correct one.
As for the rest of your comment, it's just anther boring right wing strawman trope, pick one of the following that applies:

IMPORT TARIFFS are paid by the AMERICAN consumer, not the country of origin from whence they came.

Biden and ChiCom is doing everything they can to sabotage Trump's success.

Trump put on tariffs to reduce the trade imbalance. But Biden and ChiCom encouraged companies to buy more from China before the tariffs hit thereby increasing the trade imbalance.

Trump tried to stop Huawei from growing, but ChiCom and Biden refused to cooperate and now Huawei is the number one phone seller.

Trump tried to ban travel from China, but ChiCom and Biden protested. Now the US has over 160,000 deaths.

Trump is trying to stop TikTok, but Biden, Gates and ChiCom is trying to stop Trump. We might end up with more TikTok users.

ChiCom. Another soon forgotten character from a fairytale. Where's Hunter? Haven't heard from him in awhile. And Tara. Rudy the crimefighter. Such cool stories.

Where does this conspiratorial nonsense come from?

They Lying Fake News Media, Left Wing Institutions and the Bidens take a LOT of money from the Lying Outlaw Slavers of China.

Veepstakes show Biden is too weak to be elected

The selection of a running mate in normally an afterthought. People elect a president, not a vice president. The focus on Biden's veep is a loud admission to what they seek to deny.

If Biden's on his way to a +10 landslide, why would the veep matter?

Tariffs keep manufacturing here. It provides living wages instead of a low wage servant economy or gig economy.

Without tariffs you kill the middle class.

Perot was right, you are wrong.

If that's the case, then as Tariff's income rises we should see consumer prices rise as well. Let's have a look.

The data does not support your claim.

The NBA stands for National Basketball Association. That nation of course is now Red China.

I want to hear LeBron James explain why he calls NFL team owners slave owners while actual slaves make the shoes he peddles for Nike.

The Left sides with the Lying Outlaw Slavers Beijing on every point.

COLLUSION: Texas A&M professor accused of secretly collaborating with China amid NASA work.

Texas A&M professor, Zhengdong Cheng, was charged with conspiracy, making false statements and wire fraud for secretly collaborating with the Lying Outlaw Slaver government of China while conducting research for NASA.

Zhengdong Cheng, 53, an engineering professor and a NASA researcher, hid his connections to and his collaboration with a Chinese university and a Chinese-owned company.

A rich country Imposing tariffs on imports from one country leads to importers importing from the next cheapest country. End result : The US consumer pays the extra difference. Tariffs are a tool used by poor countries as an income source.

Well, that's also a good arguement for a very low tax rate on businesses.

With that said tariffs are like sales taxes, a company doesn't have to pay it, if it doesn't purchase the good from China. That's the idea...to get companies not to purchase from whomever has the tariff.

They have been around for centuries and can be very effective...obviously.

China also has since we got an agreement...made the two largest purchases of corn in history from our Ag resources
